The accident.

He made Leorio swerve off the road and fall down. Killua and Gon didn't have time to prepare. They only got a little bit of nen to cover their body. As the Car hit the ground it rolled at least twice. Kurapika was the only one that wasn't knocked out immediately. He used the Little amount of time he had before he passed out to call 911. He could only muster out the location and who was in the car. he tried to explain what happened but he couldn't finish without passing out halfway through.

Around 20 minutes later the paramedics arrived. Killua woke up to the sound of sirens and was in a immense amount of pain. To the point where he vomited, he then passed out again. When the paramedics got to the scene they rushed all of them into the ambulances. Gon and Killua had it the worst since they were so young and didn't have any protection other than a seat belt and a little bit of nen. It was about a 40 minute drive to the hospital.
