~Hanahaki Disease is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. The flowers can be extracted but they lose romantic feelings for anyone and everyone.

~Character A had hopelessly fallen in love with Character B, not thinking much about it until one day where they were having trouble breathing, They soon found themselves coughing up petals~

~Character A was stuck in their room, coughing up petals and blood while Character B was over. Character B went to check in on them, only to open the door to see them on the ground coughing uncontrollably~

~Character A finally decided they couldn't take it anymore and get surgery to remove the flowers, the question is how will Character B react to the news~
