Character B keeps asking weird/strange existential (or otherwise way too deep for 1am) questions and Character A only wants to go to sleep.

Character B getting up in the middle of the night to make a snack and accidentally waking up Character A because they didn't stop the microwaves obnoxious beeping in time.

Character A and Character B sleeping together. Character A wakes up first and contemplates waking Character B with a kiss.Character A leans in only to hesitate centimeters away out of embarrassment. Character B opens their eyes and says, 'Well if you won't do it, I will.'

Character B wakes Character A at 4 am because they wants someone to eat cereal with. Character A questions why, but Character B surprises them and says 'I just wanted a reason to be with you, is all...'

Sleeping in the same room with Character A is proving to be extremely annoying to Character B because at 2am, they'll be trying to sleep and Character A will randomly start singing This Is Halloween from the god damn nightmare before Christmas like it isn't the middle of fucking August.

Character A hogs all the blankets and Character B gets cold so they cling tightly to Character A for warmth.

Character A and Character B are neighbors, and Character B keeps waking Character A up by setting a really loud alarm in the middle of the night. Why they do this is up to you.

Character B tucking the sheets around Character A when they stir during the night.
