SCARLETT HAD ALWAYS HATED waiting, the unknown has always scared her.
After Hayley's disappearance Klaus and Elijah left soon after to confront Marcel and have been gone all night, they forced Scarlett to stay at the plantation house.
She has been un able to sleep, panic, fear and anxiety consuming every inch of her body and leaving her unable to calm down.
Scarlett has spent the last half an hour pacing up and down in front of the front door, her mind racing with thoughts and not good ones.
Her emotions get the better of her and she punches the wall, her knuckles becoming scabbed and bruised.
The door opens and Elijah and Klaus step in.
"Where's Hayley?"Scarlett asks with panic in her voice.
"What happened to your hand?"Klaus asks with concern in his voice.
"Not important were's Hayley?"Scarlett asks again.
"It wasn't Marcel, someone took her out to the bayou"Elijah tells her.
"Then let's go"Scarlett says walking towards the door.
"Scarlett"Elijah starts.
"She's carrying my sister, she's my family, my family my responsibility"Scarlett says before opening the door and slamming it behind her.
A SHORT WHILE LATER and the trio of Scarlett, Elijah and Klaus are walking through the Bayou trying to find Hayley.
Scarlett is ahead of Klaus and Elijah, her patience with their child-like bickering having run out ages ago.
"We should head south towards the water"Elijah tells the others.
"You seem quite determined to find the little wolf"Klaus says continuing to try and wind up Elijah.
"If I'm moving too fast for you, Niklaus, you're welcome to wait in the car. Do be certain to leave the windows down"Elijah tells Klaus and Scarlett sniggers quietly.
"Ah, so I've touched a nerve? You've begun to admire this girl. Perhaps that's why you've been barking orders since your return, hoping to impress Hayley by assuming the role of family patriarch"Klaus continues.
"If you're going to insist on treating her like a walking incubator, then that's your mistake"Elijah fires back.
Scarlett suddenly stops and catching a sent.
"Scarlett are you alright?"Elijah asks.
Scarlett says nothing put Klaus picks up on the sent as well.
"Have you found her scent?"Elijah asks.
Scarlett bolts off as fast as she can, she heads towards the sent. Scarlett can vaguely hear Elijah and Klaus calling after her.
She stops at an SUV and jumps in searching through all the stuff inside.
"No, but we found someone else's. This vehicle reeks of someone I thought I was rid of... Tyler Lockwood"Klaus reveals.
"Who the fuck is Tyler Lockwood?"Scarlett asks confused.
"And why would your little hybrid-sidekick from Mystic Falls have any interest in Hayley?"Elijah asks.
"He wants revenge because I went after his girl"Klaus begins to explain.
"Why do I feel like that the least of the things you did?"Scarlett asks.
"Back when I had the means to sire hybrids, he was my first, Although, I didn't give him much choice in the matter"Klaus continues as Scarlett grabs a blanket and sniffs it.
