Once we pull into the gates of the scrapyard I look around. "I'm supposed to have lunch with my dad today" I tell Neron as he parks up in line with the rest of the bikes. "Call him and tell him to come here first okay" he tells me as we take our helmets off and get off his bike. I nod with a small smile as I pull my phone out and call my dad. "Hello" I hear him say as he picks up on the third ring. "Hey Daddy" I say nervously as I chew my thumb. "What's wrong bebita?" he immediately asks with concern as he hears the fear in my voice. "Well I have something important to tell you before we go to lunch. So I was wondering if you'd come to the clubhouse and we can talk." I tell him nervously. "I'll be there in about thirty minutes and we can talk okay" he tells me. "Okay Daddy" I tell him with a small smile as we hang up. I look at Neron with a scared expression on my face. "It's gonna be okay baby girl. I'm not leaving your side until you tell me to okay" he says as he cups my face when he sees the scared look in my eyes. "I know baby. I'm just terrified to relive those days" I tell him as a tear escapes my eyes. "I know baby but it'll be okay princess. I promise" he tells me with a smile as he gently wipes my tears away with his thumbs. I nod with a smile as I kiss his cheek. He smiles back at me as he hugs me tightly. As we're hugging I hear a bike pull into the lot. "You can do this baby" Neron tells me with a smile as we see my dad park and get off his bike and once he sees us he walks over. "Hey mija. What's wrong?" he asks immediately as he stops in front of us. "Do you have somewhere private we can talk?" I ask nervously as I grab Neron's hand. "Yeah right this way" he tells me with a concerned expression as he leads us to what looks like an office. "Now talk mija. What's wrong?" dad asks sternly as we sit down. "Before I tell you I need you to promise you won't look at me differently please. You're the only family I have left and I don't want you to leave me" I say as tears fall down my face like a waterfall. "I promise I'm not going anywhere bebita. I just got you in my life and I'm not just walking away from you" he says with concern laced in his voice as he grabbed my hand. "Yesterday me and Creeper were at the diner for lunch when we ran into Seth" I say with a shudder. "Something no one knows about me, not even mom, was I was kidnapped and raped when I was twenty one while drinking at a bar with my friend" I say as more tears fall down my face. My dad goes from confused to pissed instantly as he listens intently. "Seth was the one who kidnapped and raped me for two days. He beat me, choked me, whipped me, sodomized me, and did some unthinkable things to me" I say as a sob racks my body. Neron wraps his arms around me, pulls me into his lap, and hugs me tight as he whispers sweet things into my ear. Once I'm calm I look up at Neron and smile lightly as I kiss his cheek. I then look at my dad and see he's seething with rage. "What do you want to do about him mija?" he asks as he looks me in the eye and I can see murder in them. I turn around and feel Neron wrap his arms around my stomach. "I just wanted to tell you so if he shows up, and I believe he will, that's why" I tell him sadly. He nods but I can see the gears in his head turning as he's formulating a plan. "I see the gears turning in your head Daddy. Do what you guys feel is necessary and I'll support it" I tell him as I get up to hug him. "It'll be okay mija. You're a strong woman for surviving that. Some women wouldn't have" he says with a smile as he hugs me tighter. "Do you still want to get lunch with me?" I ask with a small smile as we release our hug. "Of course I do bebita. You can even invite Creeper if you'd like" dad says as he looks at Creeper behind me with a smile. "Not this time Daddy. It's just a daddy daughter date" I say as I turn to face Neron with a smile. Neron smiles back at me with a nod of approval. "Okay mija. Do you want to take a ride on my bike with me?" Daddy asks with a wide smile. "Can I?" I ask as I look at Neron with puppy eyes. "Of course you can princess" he says with a smile as he hugs me tightly. I hug back with a smile and kiss his cheek once we break the hug. "Here princess" Neron says as he hands me my helmet. "Thank you baby" I tell him with a wide smile as I take the helmet. "Let's go then" I say as I turn back to my dad. He chuckles at me as we walk to his bike. Once we arrive at his bike I strap on my helmet as he does the same. We get on his bike and off we go to the diner for lunch.
