We were teleported back almost immediately after he announced the winners, I look around to find Charlie and see him high-fiving Kendra, I run over to them and he opens his arms. "Congrats Angel you really did it" he say proudly as I run into his arms , Kendra also gives me a hug "Excuse my black ass I'm just a sucker for hugs" she laughs.
I laugh with her and tell her that "I don't mind one bit" once we seperate I see Stefano walking over to us "You put my partner in the hospital" he growls and I whimper slightly.
"I'm sorry I didn't kno-" I start but he puts his hand up to stop my babbling "You're lucky that my beta Harry doesn't mind stepping up to the plate, but if you don't mind me asking what exactly did you do to her" he asks.
"It's a spell that sends someone into an endless sleep but I undid the spell when you told me to! I swear!" I say frantically waving my hands in defense.
"Mmm" he grumbles and saunters off muscles ripping with each step, I tear my eyes off his body to turn back to a stunned Kendra and Charlie. "Dude he just said partner right? I guess that crosses that girl being his mate" Charlie mumbles.
My heart strings tug alittle bit when I hear that filling it with hope but it dies down when I hear my Father announce and congratulate us.
"These students gave us quite a display of power today! One of them being my very own son! They are the chosen ones to compete in the battle of Schools representing Mythical Woods Academy! Give them a round of Applause" he yells.
The crowd immediately reacted shouted praise towards us as we waved and thanks them.
"Alright everyone! Tune in for the future event ! Thank you and Goodnight" He shouts and we all disperse after that
My father puts his arms around me "I'm so proud of you Angel" I inhale his scent and smile as it reminds me of home, my Papa flies down and tackles me "My baby! They tried to hurt my baby!" he cries with literal tears and my Father laughs at this "Calm down babe he is fine"
"You aren't going to be if my baby gets hurt!" he says and goes back to hugging the air out of my lungs.
"Dad.Can't.Breathe!" I tap his biceps as if to say "Uncle" but my father tears him off of me, "Go ahead and head to bed sweetie we leave for the Event in two days okay?"
I nod and run off towards the house in excitement, I levitate my way to my room and lock the door.
"I did it!" I shout to myself as I strip out of my clothes and get ready for bed, once I hit my comfortable bed I pass out almost immediately, I must have been more tired that I thought....
