China. Probably the second worst track for us. But, I shall give it my best.
In the garage, I was very nervous about the car. And all the mechanics were able to see it.
"Look, Charlotte, I know this isn't the best track for us, but keep focused, do your best. We can fight for points, ok?" Said Claire Williams, the owner of Williams.
"Understood, Miss Williams. I shall give everything I can on the track. Thank you." I said. That small talk with Claire actually made me calm down.

I sat in the car for the quali. After P13 on FP1, P18 on FP2 (medium tyres) and P15 on FP3, I was not really confident.
My first flying lap was not sufficient. Got a horrible P17. Gotta do better on the next lap.

I start my second flying lap. I feel that I have no grip in the car, it's like the car has life! I can't control anything, only the throttle and brake.
And that made me triumph.
Calculating where to brake was the best thing I could do. My nicely timed braking sent me to P15. Miracle!
I got P13 on Q2, but I don't care. This feels like a win!

On the race day, things went well. I had a nice start and went up to P10. Lost positions to Hulkenberg and Giovinazzi in turn one, but I was still P12.
When Norris, Kvyat and Sainz collided, I went up into P9.
At the end, I was able to block Albon off and finish P9. I will call this the miracle of China!
"YES BOYS! Oh my God, what a race. I had no pace at the whole weekend, really shocked with that position. Nice job with the strategy, thank you." I exclaimed in the radio.
"Nice job, Charlotte. You deserved it." Said my engineer.
That was a weekend to be proud of.
