"So have you decided on a natural birth, or c-section?" asked Abigail, sipping her wine.Taylor groaned, "Ugh, I'm not sure! On one hand I'd love to do it the natural way, but on the other hand I'm terrified that I won't be strong enough."
Joe joined into the conversation, "You'd be strong enough for anything."
Taylor blushed leaning upwards to peck his cheek, and Abigail stuck out her tongue in fake disgust, "Ew, PDA."
Taylor rolled her eyes, "Oh shut up. Don't act as if you and Matt aren't constantly all over each other, speaking of, where is Matt?"
"I didn't know pregnancy affected your memory too, he literally just went out to get some more wine," Abigail said, leaning backwards against the couch. "He should be back soon though."
"Oh right! Ugh, I'm still mad that I can't have wine." Taylor complained, crossing her arms.
Joe chuckled, "Just fourteen more weeks love, and besides." Joe paused, taking a sip of his wine, "I'll drink double for both of us."
Taylor hit him in the arm playfully, "Shut up."
Before she could say more, Matt walked in, holding a bottle of wine. "Here you go!" Matt said, placing the wine on the coffee table. Taylor pouted as everyone else filled their glasses.
Joe kissed her cheek, whispering into her ear, "I'm proud of you. You've made it so far."
Taylor smiled, leaning into him. "Oh! Right! Abigail and Matt, we have something to ask you guys."
Matt raised an eyebrow, "Go ahead."
Taylor looked back at Joe for confirmation, before turning back to them, "Do you guys want to be the godmother and godfather?"
Abigail grinned, "Of course! I'd love to be!"
Matt smiled as well, "That would be amazing."
Joe clapped his hands together, "Great! It's settled then."
______________________________"I can't believe you've convinced me to do this," Joe grumbled stepping out of the car.
Taylor giggled, "You can't resist helping out your pregnant wife!"
"I was fine with helping you with your yoga at home, but in public?! Darling, you really can't do this to me," Joe complained, helping Taylor out of the care.
Taylor pecked his cheek, "But you love me, so your doing it."
Joe continued to protest all the way until they reached the building. Stepping inside, Joe and Taylor were right on time, as everyone was already laying out their mats. It was a well-known Yoga studio, and they frequently got celebrity visits, so this was nothing out of the norm.
Taylor set down her purple mat, and Joe begrudgingly sat down next to her. "If this is your first time here, welcome! If you've come here before, welcome back! It's lovely to see all of your gorgeous pregnant faces." The instructor, a bright woman in her 40's named Lisa, said from the front of the room. "Today I have Leo here," Lisa motioned to a man standing next to her, "To help demonstrate the different poses we will be doing today."
"We're going to start out with some simple breathing exercise's to relax the body." Lisa said, and demonstrated squatting down, while Leo squatted behind her, holding her hand. "Now take a breath in, and a breath in. Feel the love flow between you, your partner, and your baby. Or babies!"
Taylor squatted down like instructed, and Joe squatted behind her. "I feel so weird," Joe whispered into her ear.
Taylor shushed him, holding his hand. "Now close your eyes, continue to feel the love..." Lisa quieted, and peaceful music started playing.
