Jaz's POV
"Come on guys, go go go go!" I yell. We're rushing around loading guns and other weapons into the helicopter. Everyone has black leather, padded combat suits. They all have bullet resistance vests to cover the stomach and chest. Front and back. Everywhere else is pretty vulnerable.
There are belts around the waist, to hold guns and knives and whatever other small weapons you fancy. In our boots we've hidden knives.
"Alright everyone into the discussion room now!" I scream. Everyone runs into the discussion room and takes there seats.
"Alright guys we all know what we're doing. Maddy and Matt will go meet Claire and dr jones at the left side if you're viewing from the front. They'll tell you that from there. Vira's gonna be dismissed from hospital tonight and is going to meet Jason and I at Gary's office, where he'll be with Amy." I say.
"And I will get out of there. I'm sorry if you guys can't get out." Oliver says.
"It's fine. We're gonna finally kill Gary and end the war. Even if it kills a few of us." Jason says. We all nod.
"I believe you." Oliver says.
"We will die for this." Maddy says.
"Can I ask, how did this all start?" Oliver asks.
"Well, Maddy and I are detectives. We have been for years. We were asked to solve a case called the moon murder. Because a couple were murdered while on their honeymoon. We traced it to the casino Gary worked out and everything. We found out about the clues, chased him, got hurt and it came to this. Amy was our assistant, though she was being forced by Gary. She stood up for herself and it didn't go well. Vira was Gary's lieutenant but after she helped us escape for the final time an brought us here with Jason she became a rebel. Dr jones is a forensic scientist who knows a lot about technology and medicine that helped us in the lab." I explain.
"Wow." Oliver says. "You chased him all over the world, got kidnapped, shot, all for one case? You guys are like the perfect detectives. You don't back down from cases."
True. Oliver has a point. We really did stick with the case, can't say that's not dedication.
"Dedication." Matt mutters and yawns.
"Well, everyone, get some sleep. Because tomorrow, it all goes down."
There's gonna be about 2+ chapters then the epilogue btw
