"Alex! Alex wake up! Alex, you've got ten minutes before you have to leave for school! Alex!" Ben Daniels, also known as Fox, shouted at Alex. Ben had become Alex's guardian after the death of Ian and Jack, but that is a story for another day.
"I'm up, Ben!" Alex yelled, rolling out of his comfortable bed to take a shower.
"Be down in 8 if you want me to drive you!"
Alex quickly finished his shower before pulling on his school uniform and shouldering his bag as he quickly ran downstairs, grabbed an apple and jumped into Ben's car.
