Samoiyah's POV

Its been like 3 months since i last seen Craig. I hadnt spoke to him or anything. I been busy with my salon. And since its summer the kids are always doing their own thing. Lyric has been bothering me all week about letting Craig take her for the weekend. But i dont know what to tell her. 

"Mama please. I miss him alot." She pleaded. We had been at this all morning. 

"I know baby but i dont want you to go and feel uncomfterbul." I said putting one last curl in my hair. 

"I promise ill call you if anything happens and ill come right home." She said. I turned and looked at her with my hand on my hip. I sighed. 

"He is your father. When would he be coming to get you?" I asked. She got all happy and hugged me. 

"He's on his way!" She said and ran out the room. She knew i would give in. She is her fathers daughter. I finished getting ready for the day and headed downstairs. When i got down there Dre and Keshaun were passed out on the couches. They had there first football practice last night. They were gonna train all summer and start playing when school starts. Im proud that they doin this instead of running the streets like some fools.  The house phone started ringing. 

Me- Hello?

??- Hey Mrs. C

Me- Hey KeKe. How have you been?

Ke- Good. Keshaun wasnt answering so i got worried. 

Me- Oh he's fine. Him and De are passed out right now. 

Ke- Oh yeah he had practice yesterday. 

Me- Yeah. Are you comming over?

Ke- If thats okay with you. 

Me- Of course thats fine hun. 

Ke- Thanks. Ill see you later. 

Me- Bye. 

When i hung up i heard Keshaun yell. 

"What the fuck Aubre!" I walked into the living room and he was chasing her around the coffee table. 

"Aye!" They stopped. "Whats going on?" I yelled. 

"She dumped water on me!" He yelled. 

"No i didnt!" She yelled they were both yelling back and forth then Keshaun poured a water bottle over her head and she screamed. "Mom!" She yelled. I tried my best not to laugh. 

"Dont feel to good does it?" He asked smirking. 

"I just did my hair!" She yelled and started chasing him. And De slept through it all. I laughed to my self then heard the door bell ring. 

"Calm down!" I yelled to them as i opened the door. When i seen him my day was ruined. I left the door open and yelled for Lyric. She ran downstairs. 

"Hey daddy!" She said hugging him. He smiled. I on the other hand did not. Just to see him made me sick to my stomach. 

"Go get in the car." He said. She hugged me and went out to his car. He must have came alone cuz she got in the front seat. "Can we talk?" He asked.
