I went back in my room, while Jade went to hers, I was thinking about what Ezreel told me of my powers. I got a small paper clip and placed it on top of a table, then I started focusing on it like from the other movies, I think maybe I can lift it up with my mind. I focused on the paper clip for a hot minute but nothing happened
"Damn it!" I yelled then threw the paper clip somewhere, then I heard a knock on the door
"Come in" I said. A brunette entered the door with a confused face
"You alright?" She asked
"I'm alright Jade" I said then give her a little smile. Jade started to walk towards me then she sat beside me in my bed
"What are you even doing?" She asked.
"Well like what Ezreel said, I should start figuring out my power"I replied while frowning because I haven't figured anything yet
"Why don't you relax first and we'll start tomorrow" She suggested and gave me a reassuring smile
"Are you sure that you don't know anything about your powers? Like nothing weird happened for the past years, because I don't believe that you'll only get your powers when you're 18, it's weirdly specific" She said, then I started thinking.. Then I remembered something when I was 16
"I feel like I remembered something ,but I don't know if I was just dreaming or not, it's when I was 16——
*FlashBack*
I was with Jesy and Leigh we we're strolling down the park, talking about useless interesting things, making fun of each other, basically just joking around with each other. Then I saw a group of men they we're gathered in a circle, it looks like they're ganging on someone, I started walking towards them, but Jesy grabbed my wrist and ask
"Where are you going?"
"I'll just check what's going on over there" I pointed towards the gang looking group of people
"We might get in trouble, besides it's none of our business" Jesy said, but I was too determined to just let it slide
"Someone might need our help Jess" I said and yanked my hand off her grip
"Oh, young lady, we might be the one needing help if you continue on meddling in their business"
"Yeah Perrie I have a bad feeling about this" Leigh added
"Nothing bad is going to happened I just have to check, I won't do anything stupid, you could go first, I'll follow along" I said to them both, but before they could say anything I started to walk towards the "Gang".
"We can't leave you alone with them. Are you mad?!" I ignored their comment and continued to walk towards that gang
"Oi Sirs!. What's happening here?!" I called out
"Oh no ,here we go this is a bad idea" Jesy said while trying to pull my arm, but I didn't leave.
"Oh young lady, this is none of your business we're just smacking some sense in this guy's head, he's a bit, uhhhm.. Lets say stubborn, better get out of here before we do the same with you along with your friends" A guy whose wearing a leather jacket that looks like the gang leader said, He started walking towards us, but I didn't back away.
"Perrie we should leave, they said it's none of our business, Perrie! Please we still want to live" Leigh and Jesy said, but I didn't back out
"One guy versus all of you sounds too unfair for my liking" I dont know why or how I said that with so much confidence, the guy started laughing and he looked straight into my eyes then started poking my forehead
"What are you going to do about it? help him?" He said then burst out of laughter then he's gang. He walked towards Jes and Leigh and told them to get me out here before they do something bad to us, then he pushed Jes and Leigh, I got a bit angry, then Jes and Leigh tried to pull me out there, but I still didn't backed out
"You get your filthy hands off my friends and that guy or else!!"
"Or else what? What are you gonna do little young lady, are you gonna tell your father about us?" He said then laughed, he walked again towards me and started pushing me slowly over and over again
"Ok, that does it" I burst out in anger then I grabbed his hand and flipped him, then his gang started to attacked too, I pulled him again then threw him against them, then I ran towards them and kick their asses one by one, then they ran away.
"Those jerks" I said then walked towards the guy whose been on the ground since earlier, he looks so weak.
"Jesy! Leigh! Help me grab this guy"I said
I looked at them and they looked shocked and confused, but before I can ask why are they looking at me like that Jesy spoke first
"The fuck was that? When did you learn those moves? And it looked like your eyes were bloody glowing" She said then I looked at Leigh who's speechless "I don't know, probably just the heat of the moment, and my eyes? Glowing? Are you kidding me? It might just be the sun" I told them, I let out a small laugh
"Just help me carry this guy" I said they we're frozen for 10 seconds then helped me.
*End Of Flashback*
(Jade POV)
"I think your powers only works when you're angry" I said.
"Looks like it.. Why hadn't I notice that? I'm such a wanker" She said and starts laughing.
"Well you didn't know anything so it's understandable" She nods in response to me
"You should get some rest and we'll talked about this tomorrow with Ezreel" I said then walked beside the door and looked back at her. She gave me a smile then I smiled back at her, then I walked out the door closing it behind me.
I walked back in my room and and started thinking on how I'll help Pez to get her powers out, Yes.. Pez I gave her a nickname, but I haven't told her yet.
"I know what to do, but I think it's too cruel, but it'll work, hopefully.." I whispered to myself. I should get some rest we still have a long day ahead of us, then I drifted back to sleep.
*Next Day*
(Still Jade's POV)
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
"Urgh" I groaned not wanting to move because of how comfy my bed is
"JADE!! JADE!! WAKE UP" I heard someone yell
"Urgh! COMING" I walked over the door half asleep *KNOCK* *KNOCK*
"I'm here" I opened the door and saw Perrie with an apologetic and apprehensive expression on her face
"Sorry for waking you up Jade, something unexpected just happened earlier" I looked at her confused
"No, it's alright I was planning on waking up anyway, so what happened?" Perrie gave me a guilty smile and gestured me to follow her.
Perrie led me to her room and looked at me still worried and she slowly opened the door
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" I looked at Perrie and she gave me a innocent smile then said "Yeah. I know..."
