Apocalypse (Fralt And Shui)

Shu 's Pov

After dinner me and Valt went ahead and fell asleep. I woke up to a loud thud coming from the ceiling. Then a lot of sirens. Whats going on? I look down and see a whole army of infected. Valt was sleeping peacefully on the bed. I didnt wake him up yet I wanted to check if the apartment was safe. Nothing had happened yet. But considering the fact how many infected are out there we wont last long. I open the tv and decreased the volume so only I could hear it.

Shoot. We gotta aboard I could start hearing screams. I took my and valts bag and filled it up with extra clothes. Majority was mine. Since he didnt bring his clothes. I took 4 water bottles and filled them with water. Then took food and wrapped it carefully in a foil.I couldnt fit much since they were our bagpacks.After that was done I went to wake up valt.

Shu:Wake up Valt.
Valt:What.. Is it sShu?
Shu:Valt the infected have surrounded us we have to leave now.
Valt:Yeah.
Shu:Valt pay attention to me.
Valt:Huh whats wrong Shu?
Shu:Valt the infected surrounded us we gotta leave. I already packed our bags.Change into the winter clothes quickly.

Valt got up quickly and went to change. I looked out the window and there were alot more infected now. We need to hurry or we wont make it out alive. I went to the kitchen and grabbed 2 knifes one for me and one for valt. We wont kill anyone but we still need it incase. Valt got out I gave him the knife and he understood what it was for he kept it in his bag. We were gonna leave through the entrance but alot of groans and bangs could be heard from the door.

The door wont hold for long.I had to do something and fast. I grabbed Valts hand and ran to my bedroom locking the door.
I went to the window and opened it. There are alot of infected in the front but they wont see if we escape from the back.

Shu:Valt this is risky but its either this or dead.
Valt:What do you mean?
Shu:We are gonna jump you see that thin line we have to balance on that and make it to the other side of the building.
Valt:I dont wanna do this but we dont have a choice now do we?
 
I nodded my head. Then the banging started. Shoot they broke in. I signaled valt to be very quiet. We jumped and balanced ourselves on the line and started making our way around. It was easy for us to balance considering the fact me and Valt are light weighted. We lost our balance a few times but regained it quickly. We were at the other side of the building. I knew the bouncy castle was still there. It was kept for the kids. I told valt to jump.He seemed really scared. I dont balme him even Im scared. I looked at him and gave him a reassuring smile. I grabbed his hand. We jumped.

We made it. But the castle got a hole and the air started escaping we quickly ran so we dont suffocate when it completely looses air. Unfortunately the infected hear it. I got a hold of our wall and jumped up sitting on top of it. I lended valt a hand and then we jumped to the other direction running into the forest knowing it would be the safest place to be at for now.
