"Ah I see your awake" A tall faceless man, wearing a suit and tie appeared at the front door of the room, looking down at me LITERALLY. The ringing took a couple of seconds to stop, I slowly uncover my hands from my ears

'How is he talking?! or even seing me!' my hands went cold again and I feel my face grew pale

"Isn't it a bit rude to question someone's existence?" The tall figure crossed his arms, even though he doesn't have a face I could feel his cold glare on me

"H-how did you-

"This is no place for chit-chat. Please follow me, I'll explain on the way" he said and went out the door

"I-.... Alright" I shouldn't question this any further, but to be fair he is a very mannered person.... Creature

"There are other.... Poeple" he hesitated on the poeple part "Living here too, but I call them proxie. And rest assure, I take extra care for my proxies"

'How can you rest assure 'this'?!' I tried my best to calm myslef down

"Your own fear will be your death, Y/N"

"I-I... How did you know my name?" My mind couldn't help but question

"I know more than what you think, child" I just nodded STUPID MOUTH, I continued to scold myslef

"You see child, my two proxies Jefferry and BEN seemed to have taken interest in your abilities" We walked through an endless hallway, passing through a couple of doors here and there
"And I am also, but...." He stopped "But you have to undergo training for you to continue to live here" he faced me, looking down

"W-wait a minute, training?!" My eyes went wide "Me?!" I pointed at myself

"Ofcourse child, you are going to be a proxy after all" he continued walking "And even if you refuse" he chage his tone "You can't escape no matter what"
