Neji and Lee sat on the bed, the moonlight reflecting on them. Neji sat reading a book, leaning back into Lee's chest. Lee sat, with Neji leaning into his chest and he started counting as he placed flowers in Neji's hair, " 1, 2, 3, 4..."
He trailed off, Neji then turning to look up at him, " What're you doing, Lee?" Neji asked as he gave a confused glance to Lee,
" Why I'm placing a flowers in your hair." Lee said with a positive attitude,
" Why are you doing that exactly?" Neji asked still confused about the whole thing,
" To compliment your beauty of course! Every la- I mean person should have their beauty complimented in their own way." Neji blushed slightly, as he twirled a string of his hair,
" Y...You think I'm beautiful..?" He asked in a low shy voice. Lee finished placing the flowers to be surprised that Neji, someone so strong and confident is showing such a vulnerable and adorable side of himself.
" Y-Yes! Of course I do." Lee said nervously trying to hold back how adorable Neji is.
" Can...Can I kiss you? Neji!" Lee asked trying to sound confident.
" Yo-You wanna kiss me..?" Neji asked turning more slightly red.
" Yes of course! Why wouldn't anyone wanna kiss a beautiful la- I mean person like you!"
Lee said sounding so sure of what he was saying.
" You were gonna call me a lady again, weren't you?" Neji asked rhetorically,
" Y-Yes..sorry. " Lee admitted losing the confidence in his voice.
" ....You can kiss me now.." Neji said twirling his hair more and looking down with a shy face. Lee quickly and carefully grabbed Neji's cheeks and placed his lips on his releasing quickly.
"...I should've said on the cheek.." Neji said quietly holding his cheek with one hand as he had a flushed red face.
" You're an angel! Sent from heaven Neji!" Lee said getting his confidence back up.
" Start that again and I'll hit one of your nerves." Neji threatened with a serious tone.
" R-Right! Sorry." Lee said looking away feeling a bit ashamed, Neji tilted his head then reached a hand out to Lee's face making Lee face his way.
" It's alright", Neji said giving a beautiful smile. Lee then turned redder than a tomato and fell flat on the floor. " Oh! Lee..?" Neji asked concerned.
