Chapter 20 - Life

~Time skip, five years~

You felt the knife go across your skin. You gasped and The hero killer laughed, licking it. you felt your body freeze.

"You know, I deemed you worthy yet you still attack me." He said and stepped closer but a hand grabbed his foot with four fingers. He looked, seeing Tomura.

"You l-lay one more hand o-on her and..." Was all he got before Stain slashed him and licked his blood. Tomura couldn't move and he got out of grip.

"My you are persistent. What is this, the seventh time I cut you?" Stain asked. You growled but the police sirens came and Stain growled before he ran and disappeared. The police came over and gave you both your tears that they carried on them. You moved and helped Tomura up.

"You OK De?" You asked. Tomura gave a nod. His hero name became De for Decay.

"Yeah. Thanks." He said and put his gloves back on. He then moved and scratched at his neck but you took his hand and moved it.

"Tomura." You said and he sighed.

"I know but I can't help it." He said. You felt his hand twitch a bit. You smiled.

"You have cut back a lot. was it because of your wife and kid?" You asked. He gave a nod. 

About three years ago, he found a women who's quirk was ash. She could control ash and because of it, her skin had a thick layer of it around her at all times and Tomura could touch her with all five fingers. There daughter had the same quirk as her father and because of that, they didn't have to worry about decaying each other and she wore the same type of gloves as her father. You than got a great Idea.

"Hey, I got an Idea. How about you come to our house for dinner. We can even invite Toga and her family also." You said. 

Toga had gotten together with Twice about five years ago and she was now expecting her third child. Their oldest, a boy, had a quirk like his mother, their soon to be middle child, a girl had her fathers quirk. They did not care what quirk their youngest had, as long as its healthy. Tomura gave a smile and a nod. 

"I think that's a great Idea. We will see you soon." He said. You both waved and you ran home as you called Toga, who said yes to coming over. Once home, your son, Touya, flew into your arms. 

"Mommy!" He shouted. You looked at his Phoenix wings and looked at Dabi, who was smiling. 

"Seems like someone got their quirk." Dabi said. You laughed and walked over, kissing him. 

"Seems like it, OK Touya, no flying in the house. Now go and clean your room. We have friends coming over. You remember Aunt Toga's and Uncle Tomura's children right?" You asked. He smiled, gasped and ran up to clean his room. You smiled and looked at Dabi. 

"Hope you don't mind. I invited them." You said. Dabi kissed you. 

"Why would I mind?" He asked and you giggled. He then gave a frown. You got worried at that. 

"Dabi?" You asked in worry. 

"He asked about his name today. I told him You would tell him for a bedtime story. I'm sorry." Dabi said. You looked at Dabi in the eyes and smiled. 

"Well, Then I will tell him about our story. I will tell him he is named after his father, who had to change his name to Dabi so he could stop the true villains at work." You said. Dabi smiled and wrapped his arms around your waist.

"I love you." Dabi said. You kissed him.

"And I love you." You said and held him back.
