Like Lisa said, they went into town to report Jennie's case and also to purchase the necessities for her house.

After they reported the case, Lisa went to the market but Jennie excused herself and said she's going somewhere. After a lot of thinking, Lisa agreed to meet the brunette on the same spot she left her at in half an hour.

Now they're in the truck and driving back to their village.

"I bought you some clothes. I don't want you to wear my old ones."

Jennie chuckles. Lisa's always doing things for her that are uncalled for. "You didn't have to, I'm fine with your clothes. It's baggy and they keep me warm."

"Oh, okay." Lisa replies awkwardly. "But I hope you like them too."

"I'm sure I'll like them too. Thanks for buying me."

Lisa smiles at Jennie briefly before turning her face back on the road. "No problem."

For a few minutes, the drive consists nothing but silence between the ladies. It's already dark outside and Jennie's observing the landscape outside.

"Hey, Lisa?" They're already halfway on their trip when Jennie speaks up again.

"Yes?"

"How old are you?"

"23."

"Oh."

Lisa laughs at Jennie's reaction. "Why?"

"I thought you're older than me."

Lisa's brows furrows from the driver's seat. "Am I not?" Because she also assumed she's older than Jennie.

"I'm 24."

"Only one year apart."

"Yeah." A few seconds of silence falls between them.
"What's your last name? It's funny because I know so nothing about you but your name but I trust you so much already."

Lisa's glad it's dark because she doesn't want Jennie seeing her blushing cheeks. That was like the best thing she ever heard from someone in a long time. It makes her feel good. "Manoban. My name's Lalisa Manoban."

"And look at that! Your real name's not even Lisa, it's Lalisa." Jennie says like it's the most interesting fact ever. "Can I ask you another question?"

"Go, ask away."

"Are you Korean? Because I noticed that you don't really look Korean." The brunette asks carefully, hoping she won't offend the grey haired girl.

"I'm Thai." But thankfully, Lisa is cool answering her question.

This new found information about Lisa blows Jennie's mind yet again. "Whoa! I kinda knew you weren't Korean but I wasn't expecting you to be Thai."

Lisa is finding Jennie's very authentic reaction to facts about her amusing so she can't help but laugh. "Where did you think I was from then?"

"Hm," now that Jennie thinks about it, she has no specific place in mind she thinks Lisa is from prior to her new knowledge. "I actually don't know."

"Interesting."

"How come you live alone?"

"'Cause Chaeng said I snore in my sleep, that's why she's not moving in with me."

"No, I mean where are your parents? And Chaeng's too."

"Oh," the talk of parents is always a sensitive one for Lisa. "They're gone."
