♥️Chapter Eleven: Love

-Timeskip to two months after the last chapter, because they gotta know each other better to get any further in the relationship sooo-
-Just explaining what happened during the month-

- Midari and Y/N continued to go on dates and skip school together every so often
- Mary was just being mad the whole time
- Everyone was super shocked to see Midari with someone and they were the gossip of the school for like the whole entire 2 months
- And Y/N started staying at Midari's house a lot more often ;)

I woke up to Midari burying her head into my neck on the bed. Time for school, per usual. I love the way she holds me at night. I love the way that she's gentle with me. I love the way she smiles at me in the morning. I... love her. I think? I don't know. I've never thought that I'd fall in love here. I've never been in love, either. When I saw Midari, I saw her as a fun school fling. Boy, was I wrong. I think I love her, but I honestly don't know yet. All I know is that she makes me happy, and that's what's important, right?

I reach over and caress her cheek.

"You're so perfect when you sleep, Midari"

"Yeah, I know."

"Hey! You were up this whole time?"

"Yep. I just wanted to see what you were gonna do to me~"

"Hmph. I set the alarm a little earlier so I can make you breakfast again..."

"I love when you do that, Y/N... You know, one day I'm gonna make you breakfast. I can't cook, but I'd try for you. Come to think of it, I've never been to your house, have I?"

"Uh... yeah..."
I started to feel uneasy. Obviously there's a reason I've never brought her there.

"Y/N... you sound a little off... is there something wrong?"

"Well, there's a reason I've never invited you. I'm not out to my parents yet. They're mega homophobes. I could play it off as a really strong friendship, but they're gonna find out. Sorry I didn't tell you sooner..."

"Y/N... you should've told me sooner~ It's alright babe, I get it."

She pulls me close and hugs me tightly.

"Y/N... I don't care what your parents think, you know. You take your time and you decide when you're ready to come out to them. You don't even have to come out of you don't want to. I don't mind."

"You're perfect Midari. Really."

"Yeah, I know~"

I smirk at her and get out of bed, wearing her pajamas. We put on our uniforms and head downstairs.

"Y/N... I want to take you to dinner tonight. I have something I want to tell you, but I want to do it somewhere special."

"I would love to go to dinner with you... it'll be nice. Let's go somewhere formal... like somewhere we have to dress up!"

A huge smile is plastered right across my face. It makes me so happy to get all dressed up and go out with Midari. For the last 2 months all my insta posts have just been us going some where. She's the only person I could stand to be near to for more than 24 hours. I could stay with her forever.

She leads me to the couch and I lie down on her lap.

"Your face is adorable Y/N, and of course we'll get to dress up. You know, you're the only person I dress up for? I usually hate getting all dressed up, but it's just different with you."

I throw my arms up and wrap my arms around her neck to pull her close.
"You mean the world to me, I hope you know that."

Those words lit up her face with pure joy. 

"The world is a whole lot, Y/N..."

"So? You mean a whole lot to me!"

I hug her tightly and we just sit like that for a moment. I'm in love. I'm sure of it. 

I kiss her on the cheek and slip out of her hands to go make breakfast. 

"Oh? We spent so much time talking, we need to leave for school now. Wanna pick up something on the way? Maybe Dunkin Donuts?"

"Yeah, I don't mind. My treat!"

I follow Midari into my car and we're on our way. The car ride is silent, but comfortable. But, I can't help feel like something bad is gonna happen. I mean, I guess as long as I have Midari by my side, I'll be fine. After about a 10 minute ride, we pull up to Dunkin and hold each others hand as we walk inside.
