Chapter 3: Failed Date

(Flash forward a few weeks~)

"Make sure to study for your upcoming test," Aizawa reminded us as we packed up. Bakugo walked over to my desk and handed me a note looking away. I took the note and opened it wondering what he wrote.

"Do you want to have a study date at my place today if you're not busy"

I smiled and looked at him nodding as I folded the note and placed it inside my bag. I went over to my bodyguard and let him leave since I was going with Bakugo instead. We both walked out of class than out of the building. When we did, Bakugo moved his hand over as it brushed up against mine. He held my hand as we walked to the entrance. I moved a bit closer to him and hugged his arm tightly leaning my head against it. He looked away embarrassed.

"Bakugo! Want to tutor me!?" Kirishima shouted catching up to us. "Unless you want to be alone with your girlfriend~"

Bakugo clenched his teeth and punched Kirishima's head.

"YOU'RE GODDAMN COMING WITH US AS WELL THEN!" Bakugo shouted dragging him along. I frowned a bit and let go of his arm and hand walking with my arms crossed. I wanted alone time for the two of us only and he had to invite Kirishima over as well. Bakugo would glance at me a bit confused and puzzled. He didn't want to seem soft around Kirishima and had no opening to hold my hand. I glanced away from him and just stared at anything else but him.

When we got to his house, his mom greet the two boys then looked at me as her eyes widened.

"Kazu!!! It's been a while!" she lifted me off of the ground and hugged me tightly into her arms. "You damn husband! Let's go out now!" she put me back down and let the house to us three.

We all entered and took off our shoes. Bakugo directed us to his room as we both followed. He pulled out a small table as we all sat on the floor. Bakugo just ended up tutoring Kirishima the whole time while the three of us were together. This was for sure not considered a study date at all. I felt annoyed and wanted to just go home at this point.

"I think that I'm done studying," I said pulling out my phone. "I'll probably call my bodyguard and have him take me home,"

"Aww, but I like having you around!" Kirishima whined as I smiled looking at him.

"I like having you around as well," I replied.

"Oi! Weird hair! Go to the store and get us some snacks!" Bakugo demanded handing him cash. "Are you not manly enough to go alone?"

Kirishima gave that toothy smile.

"I'll be right back!" he said standing up then leaving the house with only the two of us alone. Bakugo snatched my phone away.

"Hey! Give that back!" I said trying to grab it. He moved it further behind him.

"Why the hell have you been so quiet?" he asked. I sat back up and looked away.

"You asked me out for a study date then let your friend tag along. I don't think that is a study date,"

Bakugo sighed and set my phone on the table as his arms slowly wrapped themselves around me.

"Is this what it was about?" he questioned as I nod in his chest.

"You know how busy my schedule is and how I like our alone time,"

He lifted my chin a bit and leaned in smothering his lips onto mine. We closed our eyes and continued for a minute or two then pulled back. Bakugo's cheeks were very pink and hot. I could feel the heat of them close to my face. His eyes glanced away.

"I-I'm sorry for inviting him when it should've just been us. I promise that won't happen when I ask you on a study date next time. Now forgive me or else you'll make me feel bad or whatever," he mumbled enough for me to understand. I smiled and rested my head on his chest.

"You're forgiven then," I said hugging him tightly and laughing into his chest as he smiled seeing me in his arms. "It wouldn't hurt to show some romantic gesture while we're together at school you know..."

"F-Fine, I'll start expressing it more at school. I-If that makes you happy, just be grateful! I wouldn't do these thing with anyone you know!" he said as I nodded into his chest. He held me in his arms a little more as I loved the warmth of his body. I got out of his arms and pinched his cheeks.

"You owe me a new date and you'll do whatever I want," I said. He growled a bit and scratched his head.

"Fine fine!" he replied. He leaned in for another kiss.

"I'm back!!!" Kirishima shouted as we looked away. "Huh? Did I interrupt something?"

"No! Nothing at all!" I replied smiling at Bakugo.

"Yeah weird hair! You're just thinking weird things!" Bakugo stated.
