Andrew Doppelganger
Andrew was replaced with an identical doppelganger after the music video for Welcome To Tally Hall. People have noticed he has a slightly different face shape and nose.

Rob Replaced Zubin
After Zubin dies in Death Request Rob is shown playing guitar and playing the song 'Two Wuv.' Looking back on this scene a few years down the road, you'd think 'oh hey! That's Two Wuv! Cool!' And think nothing of it. But here's the thing: Two Wuv wasn't out yet when this episode released. Perhaps Rob was practising as he intended to replace Zubin as the main singer for that song?

The 04/28/06 Demos (DO NOT RESEARCH)
The 04/28/06 Demos were a set of demos for Marvin's Marvellous Mechanical Museum. As the story goes, one of the members put anti-leak precautions in all the songs that could be easily removed as they worked on the songs. These precautions were called pseudo tones which are very quiet but can cause the ears to hurt over long exposure. The leaker didn't remove them and they were uploaded with these pseudo tones. It's recommended you don't research for these demos for the sake of not getting a headache.
Brain Diagram
This ties into the 'Dream Sweet In Sea Major represents brain death' theory, except this one is more expensive. You hear subtle differences in Hawaii Part 2 because it represents the brain, more importantly, your brain. But is it conscious? Oh, it's fucking conscious alright. Hawaii Part 2 mimics YOUR brain and tailors itself in subtle ways to appeal to YOU specifically. It's at its strongest during The Mind Electric which represents the cerebrum, the strongest part of the brain. Supposedly the original cover of Hawaii Part 2 had a brain diagram hidden in it but it was removed. However, some places still use the original cover.

Alternate THIS Skits.
Some claim they remember alternate skits in the Tally Hall Internet Show. For example, in the most infamous fake skit, instead of the one where Andrew steals Ross' girlfriend, some people remember a skit where Ross walked up to Andrew to ask for advice on women. Andrew said something along the lines of "just talk to them/the best way to get advice on talking to women is to talk to one' and Ross said "great! Where can I buy one?"

Simon is Innocent
In the spotify version of The word 'insane' is distorted to sound like the word 'innocent.' This leads many people to believe that, due to the vagueness of the story of Murders and TME, in the distorted version he was framed but in the non-distorted version he actually did kill her.

Rotary Park Negative Aura
Some people report feeling an unnerving sense of dread when listening to Rotary Park. There may also be physical symptoms such as low blood pressure, headaches, lightheadedness, dizziness, memory loss and possibly even fainting. Rationalists link this back to the song's backstory and people acting empathetic towards Joe and Zubin, the lead singers for the song.

Ross is older than he says
Many people believe Ross is actually much older than the rest of the band, (anywhere between 5-10 years,) and lies for whatever reason. Their strongest piece of evidence is that he has grey hair and is 'wise beyond his years.'

People believe JHJH was censored past the reversal on spotify. Some people even believe JHJH was censored even on youtube.

Variations On A Cloud was originally going to be a song in Hawaii Part 2, rumoured to be somewhere between Time Machine and Stranded Lullaby. However, it was cut for unknown reasons.
