A/N: So... Hi? There's not really much of an excuse as to why I haven't published so long, except maybe burnout. Anyway, at the end of this chapter I will briefly be going over my progress in this story. This chapter is for comedy relief, but it still has to do with the story.

I do NOT own PJO, HoO. Nor do I own MHA. These characters and universes belong to Rick Riordan and Kohei Horikoshi.

Most italics are for thoughts. Others are to put emphasis on a word.

Shoto's thudding footsteps came to a halt. He bent over and let out three huge breaths before sprinting.

Sirens wailed as he neared, and soon he could see a tight crowd blocking the view of the alleyway. The flashing blue and red lights were barely visible as reporters and the like flashed their cameras.

"Why won't they let us see anything?" a woman with a microphone yelled over the noise. Just as quickly she put on a smile and faced one of the many cameras scattered across the crowd. "But more importantly, what was a kid doing in a dark alley?" Her voice leaked with false cheer.

Confused, and slightly annoyed, Todoroki pushed his way through the crowd and to the yellow "caution" tape.

But he didn't see any kid. He only saw police officers and investigators at the scene. Well, there was an oddly cheery man with ragged clothes.

Todoroki hummed, then turned on his heel and left.

Whatever had happened, happened before he had arrived. There's not much he could do. If he wanted answers he'd ask Mina or Ochako.

And no soba. The peppermint-haired teen frowned and sulked the rest of the way to the dorms.

-----------------------

The bubbly teen and her pink friend decided to watch the news a little longer while Shoto made his way back to 1-A's dorms. But anything about the victim and the potential crime scene hasn't been further mentioned. The TV switched to small news about new inventions and citizens gaining attention for doing a kind deed.

"Aww, I want to know what happened!" Mina whined. She crossed her arms with a huff.

"Me too," Denki complained. "Too bad things can't be solved at the snap of my fingers."

A small spark of electricity cracked at his fingertips as he demonstrated. Then he proceeded to lay across the arms of a chair with his math homework draped over his face.

"Do not be discouraged, classmates!" the class representative rushed in the room with a voice of authority. "You still have knowledge from last year. Just a little refreshing of the brain will do the trick!"

Kirishima soon walked out of the dorm halls and immediately walked to the freezer to take out three boxes of pizza. "I'm kind of glad Shoto didn't buy us soba, because pizza is always my go-to. Who wants some pizza?" Kirishima held the boxes above his head, his spiky, red hair a centimeter away from skewering them.

A collection of yes's were yelled from all who heard Kirishima. Students that only heard the eager shouts made their way to the huge living area.

"Hey, Sparkles! Why am I not in the shot?!" Bakugou was heard from the other side of the mess hall.

Aoyama fluttered his eye lashes. "Mui, you were!"

The steaming blond raised his eyebrow in confusion.

"But they were too busy looking at my dazzling aura," he stuck his hip out and struck a pose.

Bakugou growled. "You are going to regret doing that!"
