There are 2 unofficial labels of anxiety. High functioning and low functioning. These labels are also used in other mental illnesses such as depression and OCD.
High functioning:
High-achieving
Proactive
Social
Ability to appear calm
Meets Deadlines
Organized
Hardworking
There isn't a lot of research on high-functioning anxiety. Therefore, there isn't a lot of treatment. It's irritating, because though they are "high functioning" they still need help and assistance.
Low functioning:
Fear of failure
Perfectionist
Self-critical
Racing thoughts
Often exhausted
Afraid to disappoint
Procrastinates when stressed
Yours truly is firmly placed in the low functioning category. This is the more stereotypical anxiety. Again, this is more often portrayed by the media and Hollywood.

However, we don't like to use these labels. Because, you're not either or. Some people are halfway, others are partly high functioning and some are partly low functioning and vice versa. It's also kind of dehumanizing, because high functioning is the "goal". Being organized and not procrastinate and not let it affect your daily life.
