The Newbie

Siobhan's POV
I wake to the sound of my stupid Fing alarm clock. "URGGGGHHH!" I moan.
"GET UP SIOBHAN YOUR GOING TO BE LATE!" Shouts my Dad.
"Shit!" I whisper to my self. I get up and head to my bathroom and turn on the shower, I strip down and jump in, the hot water making contact with my bare skin, "ahhhhh." I sigh to myself. After a ten minute shower I get out dry myself, walk back into my room to find something to wear, "PERFECT!" I squeal, I take out a blue top, black tights, leather jacket, cream coloured snude, black high heel boots and a black studded bag (outfit in the picture thing). After I'm changed I walk back into the bathroom and walk up to my vanity, "My hair looks like a birds nest." I sigh to myself. I fix my hair and leave it out, it goes into perfect ringlets, I put some light makeup on and make my way to my favourite place in the world THE KITCHEN, I walk downstairs to see my Dad making pancakes, "YUM!" I shout smiling, my Dad lets out a quiet laugh. "Excited for your first day I see." Asks my Dad, I rub my hand on Jacks head.
"I'm so so so nervous, what is the team like?" I ask grabbing a plate of pancakes and sitting down next to Jack.
"Well the team is a bit strange but I think you'll fit right in."
"Thanks." I say sarcastically, " what are their names?"
"There's Agents David Rossi, Derek Morgan, Emily Prentiss, Jennifer Jereau or JJ, Doctor Spencer Reid he's your age and our tech analyst Penelope Garcia."
"Cool." I finish my pancakes when the door bell rings.
"I'll get it." Says my Dad as he leaves the room to go to the door. I walk up stairs and brush my teeth, when I walk back down I see this strange women in the living room with my Dads arm around her.
"Ummmmm who's this?" I say awkwardly.
"This is Beth." My Dad replies.
"Hey Jack." I say
"Yes." He says in a little high pitched voice.
"I think Daddy has a girlfriend. Nice to meet you Beth." I hold out my hand and she shakes it while Jack is screaming "DADDY HAS A GIRLFRIEND!" Over and over again.
"It a pleasure to finally meet you." Says Beth smiling, no wonder my Dad likes her she's beautiful.
"Beth will be babysitting Jack while we are gone." Say my Dad in a monotone voice I nod,
"LETS GO!" I say enthusiastically. My Dad kisses Jack and Beth goodbye, I kiss Jack goodbye we head out to walk to the car, "soooooo when were you going to tell me you have a girlfriend?"
"Soon but..."
"No buts I can't believe you didn't tell me." I cross my arms, we get into the car
"Siobhan I'm sorry I didn't tell you." Says my Dad rolling his eyes playfully at me.
"All is forgiven your my boss after all." I say smiling and my Dad laughs. After a 15minute drive full of silence we arrive at the BAU. "Oh my god oh my god." I whisper to my self. We walk into the elevator and go up to the 9th floor, we walk out of the elevator and are greeted by theDavid Rossi, "I must hide my inner fan girl." I think to myself.
"Who is this lovely lady?" Asks Rossi.
"Dr Siobhan Hotchner." I say smiling, "I have to tell you I love your books they are so AWESOME."
"Nice to meet a fan. Hotchner?" Says Rossi raising an eyebrow.
"She's my daughter adopted." Says my Dad, "she's starting today."
"Well congratulations Doctor." Says Rossi
"Thanks sir." I reply.
"Just call me Rossi." He says and I nod with a smile.
"Who's this?" Says a women brown hair walking towards us with a beautiful blonde haired women beside her.
"I'm Doctor Siobhan Hotchner. Adopted daughter of Aaron Hotchner."
"Nice to meet you, Emily Prentiss." We shake hands,
"Hey, Jennifer Jereau or JJ. we will help you settle in, I'll show where your desk is."
"Cool thanks JJ." I smile and follow JJ towards a desk.
Spencer's POV
"REID!" I turn around to see Morgan and Garcia racing up to me.
"How was the date?" Asks Garcia.
"I didn't go." I reply and they both gasp.
"Why not?" Asks Morgan.
"Because I'm not ready for a relationship, I want to find someone who understands me." I say sadly. Ever since Meave died I've felt empty and I don't know if anyone will make me fill whole again. "Alright Pretty Boy, we will stop forcing you to go on dates." Says Morgan sadly.
"Thanks." I reply we walk to the elevator and go up to the 9th floor, once we are out we see JJ and Emily talking to this other girl, wow she's beautiful, her tanned skin, her blonde curly hair and soft features. Morgan, Garcia and I walk towards them. "Hey who's the new girl?" Says Morgan smirking, and earning a giggle from the newbie.
"Doctor Siobhan Hotchner." She says, wait did she just say Hotchner. "Adopted." She sighs not wanting to talk about it.
"Derek Morgan, you can just call me Morgan." They shake hands and she smiles, she has a beautiful smile, 'no Spencer you can't see her like that she's you bosses daughter.' "Penelope Garcia you can call me Garcia I can tell we are going to be best friends." Garcia pulls Siobhan into a hug, "is it alright is I call you shony?"
"It's alright." Says Siobhan laughing then breaking the hug.
"D-doctor S-S-Spencer R-Reid."
"Nice to meet Dr Reid." She holds our her hand and I shake it.
"Conference room NOW!" Yells Hotch.
"Wow he can be scary." Says Siobhan sarcastically and I let out a little laugh. We walk into the conference room I sit down and Siobhan sits next to me, she turns to me and smiles.
"ok I'm sure you've met our newest member Siobhan." Says Hotch everyone nods, "Siobhan why don't you tell the team a bit about your self." Siobhan sighs and gets up.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen my name is Dr Siobhan Maree Hotchner, I'm 24 years old, I have and IQ of 188, I can read 21000 words per minute, I have 4 PHDs and 2 BAs, I'm adopted and I can be really weird." And with that she takes a bow and sits down, everyone's mouth is ajar, "Reid you might not be the genius anymore." Says Emily regaining her composure. Siobhan looks confused. "I have an IQ of 187 3 PHDs 2 BAs, I can read 20000 words per minute." I say
"Cool we can be geniuses together." Says Siobhan giggling I let out a little laugh.
"lets get on with the case." Says Hotch getting annoyed.
"Ok, 3 couples have been murdered inside their homes the women are left naked with their throats sliced opened and stomachs are cut open, they were all found on their beds, the men were found inside the bathroom they have been decapitated and their heads are left on the vanity. The unsub left their daughters alive and all of the daughters are 16. There was a note left at the crime scene it says 'You'll know when I come back and I'll haunt your reality as well as your dreams'" Explains JJ.
"wheels up in thirty." And with that everyone files out of the conference room except Siobhan, once everyone's left I walk over and sit beside her, "I-Is everything ok you look like you've seen a ghost."
"Yeah, I'm fine thanks for caring." She says. Siobhan stands up and walks out of the conference room I follow her out. Hotch walks up to me. "Reid I need to talk with you in my office." I nod and follow him to his office.
"What did you want to talk about?" I say cautiously.
"I want you to look after my daughter."
"What why?"
"Because you two have the most in common."
"Ok sure I'll look after her."
"Good. now go get your to go bag."
"Yes sir." With that I leave Hotch's office grab my to go bag and head to the jet.
