Emma's POV...

It's been a week since that whole thing with Amber, Jackson and Aiden. Nothing really came out of it since the principal wanted to keep it amongst themselves.

Right now I'm chilling with Scar and Joelle in my room. We are prepping for our upcoming exams this week.

"Y'all didn't hear anything about that whole Amber thing?" Scar asked...

"Nope," Joelle said.

"Something doesn't seem right with that whole thing," I responded.

"What you mean Hun?" Scar asked.

"Amber got called to the office, Aiden insisted he go to the washroom. Then Aiden and Jackson had a fight... And all week they both seem fine as if nothing happened between them. Something is off..." I explained.

"Well if you put it that way. Yeah, something fishy is going on..." Joelle added.

"Whatever it is I'm gonna figure it out," I said.
And they nod.

We resumed our studying. We have exams all week. I could feel the pressure is on.

"So ladies what are we doing for prom? Movies and ice-cream or slow dancing." Joelle asked.

"Netflix and Chill..." I suggest.

"So you ain't gonna go with your boo?" Joelle asked?

"I don't know... I ain't feel like going," I said.

"Of course we're going Joelle and I already have dresses, Imma show these people what royalty looks like," Scar smiled.

"Imma put you in a dress and drag you there if I have too. This is Prom and you ain't missing it!" Scar said seriously but I knew she was joking...

At least I think so...

"Well okay, mom..." I laughed.

"We're going... I'm sure Theo will wanna accompany you," Joelle added and I nod.

Amber's POV...

It's been a week since my interrogation. But luckily for me, I didn't get to answer any questions. Aiden and Jackson had a so call fight so I wouldn't get to answer any of those questions. Aiden is still onto Emma... Apparently, he has developed an obsession. I mean she is taken and she loves Theo and Aiden doesn't stand a chance.
He broke Scarlette's heart to get Emma but that plan was a fail. All his so call plans ain't really working out for him. But yet still he is trying to get her...

To be honest, he doesn't deserve her!

This upcoming week we have exams. After which we have Prom and Graduation then we are out of this hell hole.
I'll try and do my best so I wouldn't have to see Aiden again.

****Time Skip****

Emma's POV...

"Wrecked? Check
Heart? In debt
All you do comes around
Just came here to collect
Wrecked? Check
Heart? In debt

Don't you know that
I cried tears of gold for you
I sit here poor for you"

Argh... Do I have to get up? I threw my hand over to the nightstand where my phone alarmed Tears of Gold, I quickly turned it off and sat up and stretched... Today is my first exam...

I've Chemistry...I don't know about anyone else but me just knowing I have exams I'm nervous as hell... I could be however ready for the exam that I can still feel the pressure is on. I guess it's just my horoscope or me being overwhelmed.

I finally made it out of bed and walked to my bathroom and freshened up... I quickly changed and headed downstairs. I grabbed an apple before departing.

I pulled up and parked. I then headed towards the building. I saw Scar and Joelle standing in the halls. I'm guessing waiting to go in the exam room.

"Morning Em," Joelle greeted.

"Morning Jojo and Scar," I smiled.

"Morning Hun... You okay?" Scar asked.

"Just nervous," I replied.

"Don't be... We are ready for this. We studied and prepared a lot." Joelle assured me and Scar nods in agreement.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, we entered the exam room...

You got this Emma! My inner voice said.

****Time Skip****

Later that evening, my girls and I divided to go shopping. Well... I'm just gonna window shop so I could choose a prom outfit. Apparently, I've to go my girls can't seem to take No as an answer.

We stopped at Starbucks and got drinks before shopping.

I've no idea what I'm looking for. I've to find something so I could match Theo... He said we would look cute if we match... And Yes he has already asked me to Prom...

He set up this adorable Promposal in my garden. It was really nice of him...

We looked around for a bit... But for indecisive me, I couldn't choose... So we headed home.
