The rescue riders were enjoying there victory with the songwing. Then out of nowhere a roar can be heard in the distance, the rescue riders wonder what this roar was. "What was that?" asked Dak. "I'll go check my dragon diary" Leyla replied.
(Aggro's 'POV')
When I heard the roar I suddenly recognized it, that was a fire fury roar. I didn't know what fire fury, but for some reason I feel like I've heard it before. I shake my head and continue eating my fish not caring. Then I heard the roar again, but this time it's more louder. 'Probably Magnus making another invention, he could've just made our roars' I thought. Then Leyla came out with her dragon diary, "Ok, depending on my diary that roar came from a-". I interrupted, "That came from a fire fury". Ok, so normally I would be excited, but right now I just want to eat my food in peace. "How'd you know Aggro?", Dak asked. "Because I AM a fire fury", I reply not interested in the conversation anymore. "Oh, right", Dak said. "Wow, I thought you'd be more excited to see another one of your kind Aggro", Leyla says. "Right now all I'm excited for it to finish my lunch", I said.
(3rd person 'POV')
Aggro just turned away and ate her fish, completely uninterested in the conversation. "Well, do you want to search for the fire fury and learn why it's here?", asked Leyla. "Sure, after I finish my lunch", Aggro said. "Wow, she's into her food more than me", Cutter said surprised. Once Aggro was finished with her food the rescue riders were going into the forest. "That roar was probably Magnus's crazy inventions", Aggro said. "You're probably right, let's head to the roost", Leyla said.
The week was just a normal routine for the rescue riders, eat breakfast, save some people, eat lunch, save more people, relax, eat dinner, some save Finngard, then rest. But, something was off with Aggro, she looked tired, when they're eating all Aggro will care about is her food. So the rescue riders decided to keep a close eye on her.
(Sorry for the short first chapter, it's night and I really couldn't think of more. Also I will make the next chapter longer. I got this idea from the story Winger's Father by MiraculousJessica. Its a good book, I recommend you read it.)
