An earsplitting scream escaped from my mouth as a huge bird snatched me from where I was standing. I felt like someone had put on a rocket behind my back and lit it up without me knowing. This creature flew energetically fast.

Fear was overwhelming me. My heart almost burst out to death as it pounded frighteningly hard on my rib cages. My breathing was began to heavy, and it became heavier as I looked down to see the far distance of where I am now from the ground.

My stupid mind started to play some stupid scenes of how I could die in my current situation. How great. Why can't you think of some plan to get your lovely owner from this mess? I sarcastically thought.

My left wrist aches as it was clenched tightly by this huge creature's toe-like-feet. My right hand on the other hand was clinging to another of its toe-like-feet. I jerked up to see a huge raven, that has a stone feature  almost evil-like.

...that stone face somehow reminds me of Brent. I don't even know why.

Maybe I have a 'thing' for him--- What the hell Wilma? You shouldn't be thinking about him right now! Better crack your mind on figuring out how to escape from this huge bird before you'll be it's lunch.

Where was this bird heading to anyway?

Instantly the fear that had took over me was drowned by excitement.

"The Cair Paravel?" I muttered overwhelmed by excitement as a castle came into sight. This was my chance. Take it or die.

"Help please!" I managed to choke a  loud pleeding, hoping someone would hear it.

"Help!"

"Anyone?!"

"Help!"

"Anyone pleas---" I didn't have to finish my pleeding. Eventually, something hit the huge bird's left wing. I assume it was an arrow...and the next thought excited me more.

Susan.

The bird started to lose contol, panic one again controlled me. The once tightly grip on my wrist started to loosen. Now, I was the one clenching its toe-like-feet.

Great, I'm going to fall. Just great.

"When life gives you lemon, give it a lemonade back!" I don't even know why I said that.

...and I don't even know why I released my grip.

"She's going to be okay," A voice spoke, deep and husky. There's a hint of British accent when he speak.

"I am not going to leave her. She's still unconscious," Another voice spoke, but it was less deeper than the other one's.

"Don't be so exaggrating brother," The other one denied rather calmly.

"I'm not. I'm just worried," The other one mumbled.

Who's worried about me?

I kept my eyes closed, not wanting to scare their pants off.

Someone sighed. I assume it was the one who said he was worried...about me.

"You may stay here brother, I'll be joining dinner with the others," His voice was full of authority. Who might the person be? The door creaked and he walked out of the room.

I heard another sigh. Wow, he must've been really stressed out. Slowly a hand was stroking my hair, gently and passionately as if I was a fragile glass that might break any minute. A warm feeling overwhelmed me. I wished he was Brent.
