Kenma (Fluff)

You threw your head back and groaned in frustration as you set your Nintendo Switch down, the words "Game Over" displayed on your screen.

"Again?" Kenma, your boyfriend, teased, as he continued playing his own game.

"Shut up, this level is hard." You whined before you picked your Switch up again.

"Need help?" Kenma offered after he beat his own level.

"No," you replied, sticking your tongue out slightly as you concentrated. If you hadn't been so focused, you would have noticed the way Kenma was looking at you.

Once again, you lost, so you turned your Switch off and pouted in frustration. Kenma set down his own Switch, scooting closer to you and leaning his head on your shoulder.

"What are you struggling with?" He asked, peeking over at your screen.

"This boss," you replied, pointing to a monster-like thing. "If I die once more I'll have to restart everything."

"Give it to me," Kenma said, moving his head off of your shoulder and taking your Switch.

You sat behind him, your arms around his waist and your chin rested on his shoulder as you watched him fight the boss.

You and Kenma weren't particularly affectionate people with one another, and while you obviously loved each other very much, you didn't show it in the same way others did. You would do small, cute things for each other to show your love for one another. A common thing you liked to do together was link pinkies, which obviously isn't very common within couples in general, but it was your way of holding hands with each other.

You smiled brightly as you saw the words "You Win!" displayed on the screen before Kenma handed your Switch back.

"Thanks!" You said, putting the switch down for a moment so you could hug your boyfriend.

"No problem," he replied, wrapping his arms around your waist as you wrapped yours around his neck.

You snuggled into his chest as he rested his chin on top of your head.

"I missed you today," he mumbled into your hair.

"How come? I came to your practise," you replied, pulling away from him and cupping his cheek, rubbing your thumb gently against the soft skin.

"Lev was talking to you a lot during practise, I didn't like it." He mumbled bitterly.

"You're cute," you giggled, bringing his face closer to yours and pressing your lips together gently.

You could feel him relax more into the kiss, all of his stress slowly melting away.

"I love you," you said as you pulled away.

"I too show a great amount of affection for you," Kenma replied before he picked his game back up.

"Kenmaaaa," you whined.

"Alright, I love you too," you smiled at his words and pressed a sweet kiss to his cheek before you went back to your game as well.

"Hey, wanna play some animal crossing?" You suggested.

Kenma seemed to ponder for a moment before he responded.

"Sure, but only if we go to my island."

"Sounds good to me!"
