i am literally shaking as i wait for the winner to be announced.

"ateez!!" the mc's announce.

~time skip~

the boys walk into the backstage room extremely happy and i quickly run to yunho.

once he sees me he opens his arms and quickly pulls me into a hug.

my feet lift off of the ground and i giggle into his neck.

"i am so proud of you."

i lift my head from his neck and look at him.

i think i love him.

that thought alone scares me.

i cling onto people way too quick and that is what hurt me when the whole jaehyun thing happened.

i was in love with him but then he turned eighteen and turns out i wasn't his soulmate.

his soulmate is a girl that had been rumored to be the girl he was cheating on me with but i was too blind by my love for him to even notice.

i place jaylani back on her feet but she still clings to me.

she softly pulls the back of my head and brings my lips to hers.

i immediately kiss back, biting back a smile.

she pulls away and puts her head to my chest, giggling like she always does.

i wrap my arms around her and look over at wooyoung expecting him to say something but he never does.

he is looking down at the floor in panic.

"are you okay woo?" i ask.

he looks up at me and quickly looks back down nervously, "i-i think i just saw my soulmate."

~time skip~

jaylani has been off since we won. i don't know what it is but its making me worried.

"babe." i call out to her.

"hm." she responds while looking through her draw for pajamas.

i sit down on her bed, "are you okay?"

"i'm fine, why?"

she sounds convincing but for some reason i am not convinced.

but i don't want to push her so i just say a small "okay" and watch as she walks out of the room to go change.

soon enough we are both changed into our pajamas and lay down on the bed to watch a movie.

"yunho." she says and looks up to me from my chest.

"yes baby?"

she sits up, "i love you"

"i love you too." i respond almost immediately.

her eyes start to water and her lips form into a pout.

i quickly bring her down back into my chest and wrap my arms around her, "baby.."

she starts to quietly sob into my chest and i rub her back slowly.

"you don't have to tell me about it now okay." i whisper into her ear and she nods.

i kiss her forehead and she moves herself to look towards the tv.

so i turn on alice in wonderland in hopes of calming her down.
