Ash's P.O.V

Man what a day: first I lost the League, Then I meet Looker and Team Rocket who turned good, and after we talked he offered me to join his elite police unit. I could't get it off my head as I looked at my phone and saw that it was 6:50 pm and the party starts at 7:00. I honestly didn't feel like going but my stomach got the best of me guess some free food won't hurt. I entered my room in the Pokemon Center, Took a shower, and changed into a white dress shirt, a  blazer, dress pants, a red bow-tie, dress shoes, and to top it off a white Fedora replaced my red cap. I look like a member of Michael Jackson crew. But I thought it looked good on me but before I left I decided to pack all my stuff in my bag because something tells me that today will be my last day here in Kalos.

Time Skip

3.R.D Person P.O.V

Ash has arrived at the Hotel as the party began he looked around and saw many people including they Gym Leaders, Elite Four, the champion and former Kalos queen: Dianthia and Aria, League participants, and eight people he was surprised to see. As he entered the ballroom everyone started to notice his arrival and the media started to ask him question as an interview began.

Reporters: " Ash How do you feel about your match with Alian in the finals ?" Asked a reporter

Ash: " I thought it was a good battle, we gave it everything we had but I.. Guess it wasn't enough" Ash said to the reporter, soon he was asked with another Question.

Reporter#2: " So after losing in the finals, what your plans for the Future ?"

Ash didn't know how to answer this question he couldn't just leave the reporter hanging so he came up with a quick answer " I'm.. probably just ......gonna live an honest Life, No More Question please" He said as he walked away from the reporters who were confused on what he meant later saw his friends who saw his small interview and ran up towards him.

Clement:" Ash where were you, we were worried sick" Said the young gym leader.

Ash: " Sorry to worry you guys... I just ran into some huge fans....... and I guess I lost track. But I'm here and that's all...." But before he could finish Serena threw herself and gave him a hug and she spoke to him.

Serena: " When you didn't show up... I was worried that... some...thing bad happened to you, please don't scare us like that ever" she said with a bit of tears in her face, in which Ash reassured them " Don't worry I'm not dead.. yet so cheer up" he assured them as he put a fake smile on his face.

Bonnie: " I know this out of topic.. but what's with your outfit ?, you look like you took a trip to the past" She commented which made Ash frown a bit.

Ash: " I think it looks good on me besides....... I feel empty without a hat on my head." he said with a bit of unease, which Serena noticed.

Serena: " Ash is everything all right, you seem a bit down" she said as she saw him turn his face around to avoid much eye contact.

Ash: " Me.. naw I'm good, never the better-......Just had a long day that's all" he said as he gave a thumbs-up to Serena. But she could see through his fake smile and try to get him to tell the truth.

Serena: " Ash you're lying I could see it in your face is it about your loss ?, look everybody loses from time to time you did your best out there and I could't be......" But before she could finish Dianthia got everyone's attention with a microphone as she made an announcement. " Look try to cheer up, I don't like seeing you down" she said as she and Ash went towards the stage where Diantha and eight other people no else recognized, but Ash knew who they were.
