I wanted to start this off by saying 'THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU' for clicking on my new books part of my 'How To' writing series.
As of right now (8/12/20) this 'How To' book is not complete (subject to change).

As a student I find myself eating more, sitting on the couch trying to deal with the stress and workload I get from school. Especially now with Corona, and my classes online I don't find myself going my morning runs anymore. I barely get out of bed, or off my family couch. I'm usually parked in front of some sort of electronical screen.
Having said that **I'm in no way shape or form a doctor, dietician, or physical therapist of any sort. I'm still in school myself, these are just exercises and plans that have helped my friends and I stay fit to our personal likings throughout the school year.**
I love y'all so very much:) Writing makes me feel empowered and ready to conquer this very bipolar world LOL.
