Present Day Today was my first day at XX company. I got up early to get ready for work. I took a warm, soothing shower and decide to curl my hair. I put on some makeup, making sure to cover my scar and the terrible memories it represented. Finally, finished my routine by finding an outfit. I decided to wear a white blouse paired with a grey skirt.

7:46 I eat my breakfast and grab a bottle of water. On my way out, I grab my black handbag and slipped on my black ankle boots. I lock my door and walk down the stairs where I hail a cab.
8:23 I step out of the cab and look at the building."Wow it's even bigger in real life," I thought to myself. I walked into the huge lobby with widened eyes. "How did I even get into such a good company?"I mumbled to myself. I slowly walk over to the receptionist."Name please?" she asked."Heejin, Kim Heejin" I replied."Ahh you must be the new secretary,"she said with a smile. I slightly nodded. I slightly nodded."You'll report on floor 40," she said. I widened my eyes,"Wow what a tall building." She chuckled as she handed me my ID badge and pointed towards the elevators.
8:28 I hurried over to scan my badge and then entered the elevator. "Only 2 minutes left," I thought to myself. Being late on my first day isn't good. "Ding." I walked out the elevator and pushed open the door. In front of my I see the back of a man. "Knock before opening the door," he said in a firm voice. "Y-yes sir,"I said a little frightened. He turned around so he could look at me. He isn't as old as I thought he'd be. In fact, he looked around my age. He noticed me staring at him and chuckled. I started blushing out of embarrassment. "Your office will be right outside," he said to be in a nicer tone. I nodded and then walked to my seat closing the door behind me.
*Time skip* It's been a week since I've started working and it's been annoying. My boss is always trying to flirt with me and I'd always catch him staring at me through the window.
5:30 As I stand up and grab my bag, my boss walked towards me."You want to get dinner with me?"he asked. I nicely declined and said I'm having dinner with my boyfriend. I pretended to get a call from my boyfriend and left. When I walked outside of the building, I called my boyfriend. "Hey Hyunjinnie, wanna get dinner together?"I asked hoping he'd say yes. "Sorry babe, but I have to work overtime today" he replied. I ended the call after saying goodbye and sighed. He's been busy for the past 2 weeks. I decided to go eat at a restaurant near my apartment. I had just walked in when I saw what I didn't expect for 100 years...

I suddenly felt a lump form in my throat. My eyes started to sting as I tried to hold back my tears. I couldn't cry, I didn't want to be seen as weak. I quickly left before he saw me. Tears rolled down my cheek, as I hailed a cab."To the nearest night club,"I said to the driver.
10:02 I walked out of the club feeling dizzy. I couldn't even walk in a straight line. i wobbled my way down the street. Suddenly, I feel an arm grab me and the next thing you know I was in a car. Then everything went blurry and I fell asleep.
