Two figures approached the small happy family of three, "Hikari, come back with us, come back and be a family with us in America."

Turning around the three saw a man and a woman both shorter than Hikari. Looking down at his daughter, Aizawa raised an eyebrow, "Hikari do you know these people, are they your parents?"

"She-" The female started.

Aizawa stared down the older woman, "Did I ask you? No, so shut up and let Kari answer the question directed at her."

Hikari nodded, "You know these two are my parents now, you lost that title months after you left me."

It was early morning the sun was rising, and there was a small girl racing down the steps in her house, bag in hand. The red-headed little girl's steps faltered, almost falling face first into the wood floor she caught herself. Walking, still with some haste she plopped down by the front door to slip on a pair of shoes. The sun began to shine in through the window by the front door, a long stream of light went down the hallway.

"Hikari, dear, are you ready to leave?" A deep voice called out from another room.

Standing up, Hikari responded, "Yes, dad I'm ready."

Their destination wasn't far from the port where they were supposed to get on the boat, so the small family of three walked. The thing Hikari was most afraid of was getting lost on the crowd and looking sight of her parents. After close to ten minutes of walking they had reached the port, and there was a considerably large group of people. The level of the noise was quite high with the chatter of people and people on loud speakers announcing things. Hikari was short and the noise made it hard to hear her parents, she was grateful her mom held her hand. Though that didn't last long, as her mother and pulled back her hand for a moment to check her purse for their boarding passes. Over the loud speaker a voice, with undefinable gender spoke, "The last boat for The United States of America is taking any final passengers, please hurry if you are departing on this ship." People were already rushing and this announcement cause her parents to panic slightly and Hikari's mother forgot to grab her daughter's hand again. The crowd's pace had picked up a bit and Hikari quickly lost her parents, she tried calling them but to no avail as she was so young and short and it was already so loud no one heard her. By the time she had forced her way to the edge of the crowd the boat she was supposed to board had left, it's not like she was fourteen and able to handle herself, sort of. No, she was a small, weak, seven year old girl, alone. . . alone and scared.

She had begun to wander back out through the crowd to the open streets, she hoped eventually she would be taken in by another family. She didn't care who it was, as long as they were loving and kind. Hikari wandered around for a few hours before getting tired and hungry, the hunger drove her into a cafe to buy a small pastry with the pouch of money from inside her bag. She bought a small pastry, walked to the back of the cafe to sit in a booth, eventually she just laid down and went to sleep. This cycle of walking, finding somewhere for food and then eating until eventually she wandered into Musutafu. This was the city where the well known hero academy, UA, was located, Hikari knew she was there because she saw Yuuei in the distance one morning.

Luckily she had been fortunate enough to have avoided any attacks from villans, until one night. This one night, after almost a month of living on her own, she had been caught up in a small villan attack. She was defenseless and was noticed by the villan, though the young girl wasn't hurt, his quirk just stopped working. Hikari didn't know of any pro heros with the ability to disable quirks, she could make a pretty safe guess that it was the person dressed in black who had begun to restrain the villan with some sort of grey cloth. Once the villan was restrained and left to the police, the person who saved her walked over to her.
