Waking up on top of a cliff with the sun shining directly in her eyes was something Frankie Hopper didn't predict would happen when she crashed there the night before. The headache from the blinding sunlight plus her hangover resulted in a long series of groans and profanities.

Frankie looked around confused, not understanding how she got on top of a cliff. The last thing she clearly remembered was taking a swig of vodka while skipping through downtown.

She groaned as she put the pieces together, and figured that she drove while drunk, and somehow managed to not get pulled over, or crash and burn. She looked at the watch on her hand, seeing it was 9 in the morning.

The sight of the watch seemed to jog up her memory, as the events prior to her blacking out hit her like a big yellow school bus.

Frankie wasn't jealous of Robin. God, no. Robin didn't even play for that team. Frankie was jealous that Steve was moving on, while she was still in love with him. She did tell him that he could, but she didn't expect him to have a crush on her old fling.

Robin and Frankie had history. Robin was her first kiss, which ultimately helped Frankie realize that she had a thing for girls. Her later on crush on Steve made her realize that she also had a thing for boys.

She told Robin, the only person she knew would understand, and the older girl explained that it was okay to like girls and guys. Her father was the next, and only person to find out, and he told Frankie that he would always love her the same, no matter her preferences.

Frankie jumped as the walkie-talkie Dustin had gifted her for her 18th birthday went off in her jeep. She sat up, almost falling over as nausea came over her. She spilled the contents of her stomach, groaning at the aftertaste.

She walked towards the driver door as Dustin's voice became clear. 'This is Dustin, Frankie, are you alive?' Another voice came on the radio, but way quieter. 'Dude, don't say that!'

'Steve, it's been almost 12 hours, and last time we saw her, she was driving like Max. Frankie, if you're alive, respond! Over!'

She sighed and grabbed the radio. 'I'm alive, I'm alive. Thanks for the concern. Over.' She heard a sigh of relief from the other side, and Robin chuckling.

'Get your butt to the mall, now. We have work to do. Over and out.' said Dustin and the line cut off. Frankie threw the radio in her back seat and started the car, recklessly driving towards Starcourt, making a stop home to shower, change into a pair of jean shorts, a red tank top along with one of her father's flannels around her waist, and then get Tylenol and cigarettes.

'Ugh, finally!' exclaimed Dustin as Frankie walked inside the Scoops Ahoy backroom. Robin winced as she took in her appearance. 'What happened now?'
