Endlessly Part 4. Melody

Melody

"Melody," Kevin managed to choke out. How he did it I didn't know. I watched as he closed his eyes, the beginning of his surrender. I was positive he hadn't even realized he closed them. I smiled, perfectly satisfied with myself. I had long decided that I was going to be daring tonight, doing things I would never have dreamt of doing in public, pushing him to his limits.

I heard my father with everyone a good night and thank them for being here, making his closing statement. Then the crowd stood, and I joined them, quickly taking my hand from his cock. I watched him from the corner of my eye as he came from his daze, snapping back into reality. He rose to his feet, and I could feel his eyes on me, scorning me for my bad behavior. I felt the corner of my mouth rise again in amusement.

My father walked off stage, and people began to disperse about the room. I watched as Kevin quickly walked behind us over to the wall where some curtains were hanging. He looked around to make sure nobody was watching as he slipped behind them and out of the door hidden there. So he was going to the balcony? Perhaps he went to take care of some unfinished business. I would join him.

I stepped to the side, maneuvering around scooted out chairs. I felt my butt hit something, or someone, and turned around to see a gorgeous man turning toward me. The man straightened, then took a quick look up and down the length of my body. I actually blushed under his gaze.

"My apologies Miss Kookrin," the beautiful stranger bowed. The blush crept even more across my cheeks.

"No need to apologize Mr.......ummm," I tilted my head to the side slightly.

"Adkins, Hugh Adkins," he replied flashing a brilliant smile.

"Well Mr. Adkins, there's really no need to apologize. It was my fault anyway. I'm never paying attention. Always in my own little world, "I laughed nervously. I didn't really like talking to others much as these events, especially other men without Kevin present or watching for my enjoyment. I have him and he's all I've ever wanted and needed. I love him, and don't desire to be with any other man. Though looking at Hugh, he would be a very close rival to Kevin.

I was uncomfortable talking to people most of the time. Almost all the men at these events hits on me, thinking they're going to get money out of me, marry into riches. Everyone knows who I am, they all know I have a boyfriend, yet because of my wealth, it never fails that I go somewhere and get hit on.

We stood in silence for a few moments, not really knowing what to say. I saw him shift his weight, and his lips parted like he wanted to say something, but held back. When he didn't speak I finally decided to.

"Well I really must be going it was very nice to meet you Mr. Adkins," I turned to walk away but felt a soft hand on my shoulder.

"Uh Miss Kookrin?" I turned back to face him. "Hugh, you can call me Hugh. I know you have a boyfriend, but I was wondering if you would save a dance for me. I saw you dancing with my brother earlier this evening, and you looked like a phenomenal dancer. I wanted to test your dancing skills for myself." I laughed at that.

So maybe this guy was hitting on me, in a way he thought was disguised, but I was actually impressed with him. I think I like this guy. He could possibly become a good friend. He seemed to have a good personality, and was great eye candy as well. When I failed to answer he continued.

"You see, my brother, Jessie, well, He's not that great of a dancer. But me, I've been dancing my whole life. Growing up in this lifestyle, it's against the law not to know how to dance. I've danced with many women in my life, but I have yet to meet my match, and I think you just might be the one to do just that. You don't have to worry, I am already engaged, and it is merely a dance. I promise." He flashed me another dashing smile. How could I say no to that?
