Y/N's P.O.V.

"Think we actually stopped the apocalypse?" Five handed me my margarita.

"We didn't really do anything, did we? I got shot, you almost died and the guy we were going to kill was dead when we got there." I laughed a little.
"Honestly, no. This all seemed way too easy, but we have no more leads, so..." I raised my glass, before taking a drink. Five didn't reply, he looked lost in thought.
"Now what?"

"I don't know." He muttered.
"I'm open to suggestions."

"Well, we can keep drinking margaritas and hope we stopped the apocalypse, or we can get off our asses and go and look for your missing, and possibly injured, sister." Five looked at me for a few seconds, before taking a long drink of his margarita. I shrugged and there was a knock at the door.

"Eh, I'll get it." He took his margarita with him and I heard him talking quietly, before coming back.
"Delores, we have company." Hazel followed him in, holding a gun.

"You here to kill us, or...?" I asked, looking at the gun.

"Oh, shit. Sorry, old habits." He put away the gun and I picked up my drink.
"Well, I can understand why you might feel that way."

"Well you attacked our house tried to kill my family, kidnapped my brother and not to mention you shot Y/N." Five deadpanned.

"Cha Cha got you not me. Not that it makes it any better." Hazel sighed, looking at me. He was fidgety, nervous.
"Look, there's not much I can do about the past. I'm not the only killer in this room, you two have your own bloody histories. Speaking of which, that job you did in Calhoun, that shit's legendary. Can't believe I'm here talking to you about-"

"Hazel, why are you here?" I asked bluntly.

"Well, I'm y'know-" Diego burst in and kicked him to the ground.

"Diego, stop!" Five yelled at him and I groaned. Diego yelled at Hazel and kicked him multiple times, causing me to wince as he landed some painful hits.
"You know, before you kill him, you might want to hear what he has to say." Hazel knocked Diego down and they both got to their feet.

"I'm going to kill you for what you did to patch." Diego growled and Hazel looked at us, silently asking for help. Diego grabbed his knives and Five sighed.

"Or don't. See how this goes." Five mumbled and we continued to watch them fight.
Diego stabbed Hazel in the leg and even Five groaned.
"That's gotta hurt."
Hazel picked up Diego and Diego bit him, Five special jumping behind them and grabbing a vase as I separated them with the flick of my wrist. Five knocked his brother out with the, probably expensive, vase, before coming over and sitting next to me again.
"I draw the line at biting."

"Hazel, whatever you came to say, I suggest you make it quick, before he comes around." I advised and Five hummed.

"I left my partner, quit the Commission and came to volunteer." He said quickly.

"For what?" Five asked.

"To stop the apocalypse." I laughed a little and he looked confused.
"What on earth could be so funny to you, right now?"

"Before I answer that, why do you want to help us?" Five asked carefully.

"Let's just say I have a vested interest in a donut shop." He smiled a little.

"Well, I hate to break it to you, pal, but you're a day late and a dollar short." Five smirked.
"The fact that you're here right now means, without a shadow of a doubt, the apocalypse is over."

"Really? How do you know?" He asked hopefully.

"The mark is dead. Found him this morning. You were the last known unknown in the equation." Five explained.

"Shit. Really?" Hazel asked excitedly.

"Hmm. If you're out the hellrider ain't riding." Five placed down his rink and Hazel came and sat next to me, before picking up the margarita jug and drinking from it. I smirked a little and took a drink from my own glass.

"So now what?" Hazel asked and Five sighed.

"You know, to be honest, I don't know. I've been chasing this thing for so long, I... I never really thought about the day after." I nodded my head in agreement. Stopping the apocalypse had been our focus for so long, I had no idea what would happen next.
"What about you?"

"I'm done with all this madness. Time to start over. You two should do the same."

"That's easier said than done." I laughed and Five hummed.

"It doesn't have to be hard. I mean, think about it like this. If you never time travelled, if you never got caught up with the Handler, what would have happened?" Hazel asked and I looked down at my drink.

"I guess I would have grown up to be an emotionally stunted man-child like everybody else around here." Five sassed.
"Y/N?"

"I don't know." I muttered.
"I guess I would have grown up too."

"Well, there you go." Hazel sighed.
"Now you can grow up. Good luck." Hazel stood up and moved towards the door.

"Hazel." Five began and he stopped.
"Which one of you was the triggerman for Detective Patch?"

"Trigger woman."

"Huh. Too bad. That gun could have cleared my brother's name." Five muttered.

"Well, today's your lucky day, amigo." Hazel pulled out two guns and put them on the counter.
"Take 'em both. I'm done with this life." He walked away and I picked up one of the guns.

"The apocalypse has been stopped and Diego won't go to prison for murder. I'd say we did good." I held up my glass and Five chuckled.

"Yeah. We did good." I put my drink down and got off the stool.
"Where are you going?"

"There's someone I have to go and see." I sighed, before leaning in to kiss his cheek.
"I'll see you later."
