"Lisbeth! Head to the guild, I'll head towards the explosions!"

"Alright!" Lisbeth quickly grabbed her guns and bolted out the door.

Alaska walked over to the window and opened it. A fireball then dashed down and crashed down further into the city. It sounds much different than what happened a few seconds ago so there must be two different attackers.

Also, a fireball?

Alaska then jumped out the window and went into the sky to see that Maka was currently fighting off a horde of wyverns. Over near the front gate, the city was being assaulted by what looked to be an army of bandits.

It looks like the bandits were a lot bigger than she anticipated. This was not a good situation for them at all.

She decided what to do on the spot. She dashed towards Maka's battle and became whole. She stabbed right into a wyvern's head and killed it in that instant.

She jumped into the air and shot down a coin into the head of another and then landed on one more. She stabbed two lightning daggers into it and hoped this would work.

She began to direct it, though wildly, towards Maka.

Maka noticed her small friend on the back of the wyvern and picked her off it using the wind and the wyvern died after.

Alaska started shooting coins at wyverns as she spoke to Maka who was slicing through them with wind.

"What's going on?!" Alaska asked.

"We're being attacked on both sides! I have my hands full with these guys, the front needs more help than I do! Any that get past me get killed by the fire archers! Go to the front!"

"Throw me at a wyvern!"

Thanks to Maka being in complete battle mode, she listened to her request even though at any other time, she would never do such a thing.

Over with the front wall, which was holding well enough for how much of a surprise attack this was.

Lisbeth got to the top of the wall and placed her hand on the wall.

Flaming vines drape themselves over the wall and gate. Trapping everyone, including adventurers and soldiers on the outside.

It would take more than a bit of strength to break. She aimed in and shot multiple bullets down into the grounds of bandits.

After a short amount of time, the bullets explode like landmines. Out of the forest, archers come and start to shoot down the archers Vale had on the wall.

Unable to break her attention away from the ever-approaching ground troops, she was forced to let the other archers try and take them out.

That was until a wyvern crashed down into the forest and stopped the fighting entirely.

"What the hell was that?!" Lisbeth asked.

"I think that was a wyvern." One of the others archers said.

"No! No! No! I swear a seen a bit of black on that thing!"

The dust settled and Alaska did a high jump with Lightning trailing off her.

"Alaska...!" Lisbeth pointed out and she realized what she was about to do. "Uh, oh..."

Alaska then came down onto the ground and as soon as her sword made contact with the ground, a lightning strike came down from the skies to show its might to the bandits.

An entire chunk of enemies wiped out in a matter of seconds. In the middle of this one-sided destruction stood a single black-haired cat girl.

The remains of her cloak flow off her as she stood up straight and held her sword in one hand. Activating her Soul Pierce skill, her yellow eyes glow in the dark of the night and all attention seemed to be on her.
