So this is my first fanfic and it is a sort of villain!izuku story. But um- I'll just let a flashback tell you what happened-
Oh! And there is blood and stuff- Im not one to shy away from details. Except if it's like self harm but there shouldn't be any of that.

The Bakugo rescue squad (+Bakugo) watch the giant screen surround by a crowd of people. The screen was showing the battle. All Might was currently fighting All For One, the villain looked as though he was winning.
All Might gets blasted out of his muscle form, his wounds bleeding heavily and staining his now baggy hero uniform. The old hero looked as though he was loosing faith in himself. Now that his skinny form is exposed to the world.
All Might breathed heavily, shaking slightly while All For One had a cocky grin.
"All Might you can do it!" The crowd started to cheer for their symbol of peace. "Kick his ass!" "All Might! "You can beat him!"
All Might smiled and swung his arm punching All For One. "You are growing weaker," the villain mocked sure of his victory.
"That's because...I didn't put my back into it," All Might said as he pulled his arm back charging up One for All.
"United States of Sm-," The power he was building up for a finishing move diminished. He looked down to his chest. All for One had stabbed a drill through All Might. The hero coughed up blood and fell to his knees as everyone watched in horror.
All for One smiled as he finished off All Might with a quick blow to the head. The thin hero falling over, bleeding heavily but his heart had already given up on him.
