It's been a year since All Might died to All for One. A lot of changes have been made since then. It started a less than a month after the villains victory. They started to take over Japan, killing and stealing the quirks of many heroes. A few managed to escape the country or disappeared from the public and gone into hiding,
After the complete take over Izuku Midoriya had gone missing, Inko is currently staying in the Bakugo residency since. Villains had raided the home and took Izuku to god knows where. Bakugo figured it was because he was the successor to All Might. Angry that Izuku had a powerful quirk given to him but failed in defending himself.

Bakugo was watching the tv, he was bored with nothing to do since the schools where shut down and the usage of quirks where severely regulated. His mother and Inko where in the kitchen making dinner while his father was off at work.
Bakugo got up and headed to the door since the mail should be here now. But before he went outside Bakugo switched his shoes. The blond grabbed the mail and a package and headed inside. He switched his shoes again back to his slippers.
The blond shuffled through the mail holding the package under his arm. 'Bills, Bills, junk...' then he noticed a familiar letter and paused. "UA?" He sat the rest of the mail down on the counter and noticed the letter from UA was addressed to him.
"What is it Katsuki?" His mother asked him a puzzled look on her face to what made her son look so shaken.
"It's a letter from UA," Bakugo responded before checking the package which was also from UA, and just like the letter, addressed to him.
He opened the letter and pulled out a small disc, just like the one he got when he was accepted into UA. Bakugo turned it on and a screen popped up.
"Hello Katsuki Bakugo," a hauntingly familiar crusty voice. "I am the new principal of UA. I'll be honest, I didn't want to do this at first but Sensei got me a new toy just for the occasion!" Shigaraki chuckled sinisterly. "Now..." the blue haired male said while starting to get serious "Your letter should have came with a package, inside is your uniform. We'll be expecting you next week Monday at the usual time," and with that the message ended, the screen disappearing.
Bakugo had the look of confusion on his face, Mrs.Bakugo looked sadden with a mix of worry for her son. Inko looked as though she was about to cry, after all Shigaraki was one of the few who came for her son that night months ago.
He didn't want to go back, especially with a villain running it. But what choice does he have? They might drag him away like they did with Izuku. He didn't want whatever happened to Deku happen to him. For all Bakugo knows the nerd is long dead.
