5 | Tornador

Adrien's P.O.V.

"I am Tornador! I'm tired of being told my inventions are worthless! I'll make sure to blow you ALL away this time!" The man who introduced himself as Tornador lifted a device that had a large cone shape at the end with wind being produced, a tornado forming in the direction he was facing. Cars whirled before he dispersed them by stopping the tornado. He was far from being done though.

I gently pushed (Y/n) back towards the school, "Go inside and stay away from windows."

"What about you?" She asked frantically.

I bit my bottom lip, hesitating for a moment. "I'll try to take shelter further from you. We're less likely to both be caught up in his tornado if we aren't together."

She seemed doubtful, but agreed anyways, "Fine, but please stay safe." Worry lined her eyes before she ran further into the school.

I ran into the locker room and into a locker. Lucky for me, no one was around.

Plagg hovered in front of my face, "We were having such a nice break too..."

"Well, this much be some sick twist of fate. Plagg, claws out!" After speaking, I transformed into Chat Noir and rushed out of the room and exited the school before anyone saw me.

"Woah, did it get windy out here or what?" I said once Tornador was in my sights again. He blasted wind towards me, flinging me backwards. Before I collided with the floor, the string of a yoyo caught me by my torso and pulled me up onto the roof of a building. "Thanks for the save, milady." I said with a wink.

"No time for your flirting Chat Noir, we need to stop this guy fast! There's no doubt that the akuma is in that... wind gun of his. Can you buy me some time?" Ladybug said.

"Anything for you." Extending my baton, I got myself closer to the akumatized man. "You don't happen to know Stormy Weather, do you?" He aimed his wind gun towards me and before the air hit me, I jumped out of the way.

"So even YOU won't recognize me as my own person. Comparing me... you're all the same!" In a fit of rage, Tornado rushed towards me, swinging his weapon at me.

I quickly blocked him with my baton, "I didn't mean it like that! I'm actually a huge fan of yours."

He paused, "R...Really?" His face lit up before going dark again, "No, I see now. A pathetic joke, you WERE making fun of me." He drew back the weapon to swing down again. Before it struck, Ladybug shoved what seemed to be a bottle of honey without it's top into the barrel of his wind gun.

"I don't know what happened to you, but attacking the city is definitely not the answer!" Ladybug said before shooting me a glance.

I took a deep breath, "Cataclysm!" I touched the ground, Tornado falling into the small hole I made. Only his lower half was grounded.

"You think this can stop me?" He asked mockingly, pointing his wind gun at Ladybug. All that happened was a that it made a sputtering noise before honey and its empty bottle leaked out.

Ladybug walked up to the man and grabbed his weapon, breaking it on her knee, releasing the dark butterfly. "No more evil doing for you little akuma." She began to swing her yoyo, "Time to de-evilize!" Once she caught the butterfly, she proudly said, "Gotcha! Bye bye little butterfly." Once it was purified, she let it free. Finally, she took the honey bottle and tossed it into the air, "Miraculous ladybug!" I watched as the magic ladybugs repair the city. "Pound it!" As usual, we fist bumped.

"What... happened?" The man groaned, holding his head.

"Everything's alright now." Ladybug gently helped him up. "I'll get him back home."

"You blow me away every time" I said with a smile.

"No need to be impressed, it was a breeze. Bug out!" She took a hold of the man and swung off with her yoyo.

I headed back towards the school and saw (Y/n) standing anxiously on the steps. Her eyes met mine and she waved, running up to me.

"You guys did it again! Thank you so much, you were amazing!"

I laughed and rubbed the back of my neck, "Don't flatter me too much."

"I was wondering if you saw my friend Adrien around?" She pointed to a billboard with my face on it, "That's him. He said he'd take cover somewhere else and I haven't seen him since."

I flinched, "Oh, I saw him on the other side of the school."

"Thank you again! I was worried." Suddenly, her arms were around me in a tight hug. "Bye bye!" With another wave, she ran off.

I quickly ran to the other side of the school, hiding behind a bush. "Claws in." I stood up once I detransformed and left the bush, jogging a bit to look for (Y/n).

"Adrien!" I turned to see (Y/n) running up to me and just as she did earlier to Chat Noir, she hugged me. "I was so worried I thought something happened." Suddenly, she drew back and apologized, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to freak out like that." She seemed embarrassed from her small outburst.

I laughed softly, "It's fine, I didn't mind. I'm glad you're safe."

(Y/n) twiddled with her thumbs for a few moments before speaking again, "I'm gonna go find Alya." She said and started to walk away.

I jogged up to her side, walking with her, "I'll go too." Without saying anything, she just smiled at me.

We headed up to the classroom to see if she was still in there from earlier. Just as we walked in, we saw Marinette helping Alya up from under a desk. Some of our classmates were there as well. (Y/n) ran past me and jumped onto Marinette and Alya, also giving them hugs. Walking over to where I sat, I saw Nino still under the desk. I extended my hand to him, "Come on, everything's fine now."

Nino grabbed my hand and stood up, "I knew that. I wasn't scared just... chillin." He said and plastered a smile on his face.

"I'll take your word for it."
