Your P.O.V.

Alya and I sat on a bench away from the locker room, but she made sure she could still see its entrance. She pulled out her phone and scrolled through her blog, reading comments and checking views. She was ready to switch to her camera at moments notice. I sighed quietly and leaned back into the bench. A familiar blonde haired boy could be seen out of the corner of my eye. Turning my head, I saw Adrien coming down the stairs from the second level. He headed towards us.

"Hey (Y/n)." He said with a wave.

"Good morning." I responded with a smile.

"Do you need something?" Alya asked curiously.

"Well actually... let me in on your 'secret mission,' I wanna know too."

Alya and I looked at each other for a second, "Everyone wants to know. How would you help?" Alya said, putting her phone down, but her hand was still on it.

"In the morning we can rotate who comes to school rather than you two doing it the whole week. Plus, it seems like (Y/N) came later than you did, Alya. I'll definitely be on time." Adrien said. He had no ill intent in saying that about me, it sounded more like he was teasing me.

'So he doesn't know it was me in the locker. To be fair, anyone could have left their phone in their locker and have it ring from a notification. There's no real evidence that I was there.' I thought to myself. I didn't need Adrien finding out I'm Fairy.

Alya looked confused for a moment before realizing the stunt she pulled in the locker room. She laughed, "That's true... You're in. I'll put us all in a group chat." She said and picked up her phone again.

Alya: Heyyy

Both mine and Adrien's phones let out a our set tones for notifications from the text.

Unknown Number: Cool groupchat name

(Y/n): Expect nothing less from Alya haha

Marinette was actually in the group chat too, but I assumed she was still asleep. I added the unknown number into my phone as Adrien. I opened my camera and pointed it towards him, "Say cheese!" Adrien looked surprised because I caught him off guard which was when I took the picture. I chuckled and set it as his contact's picture. He sat beside me and leaned in to see what I was doing. I also sent it into the group chat, 'You're welcome Marinette.'

"What? You can't use that picture, come on..." He said, fake whining.

He reached for my phone which I pulled away, "Why not? I think it looks great." I laughed.

Just then, he took a picture of me as well, "Well the joke's on you. This was my real goal." He said and went back on his own phone. Leaning over, I could see the picture of me he was setting as my contact. Not as bad as being caught making a shocked face, but I didn't like the way it looked. Then following my example, he sent it to the group chat as well.

"No way, you tricked me! That picture's awful though." I pouted.

"Really? I think it's cute."

"Wh-"

Before I could say anything else, Alya grabbed my arm, "Look." She pulled out her phone and hit record. Adrien and I turned our heads to see a girl with short blonde hair in all pink sneak her way into the locker room.

"Isn't that... Rose?" I said, trying to remember everyone's names.

Adrien nodded, "Do you think she...?" He trailed off. He didn't need to finish his sentence, we all were thinking the same thing. Kind of.

'They think she's Fairy...!' I smiled to myself.

"It has to be. Rose is one of the sweetest girls I know, it makes perfect sense. You two stay here just in case anyone else comes, I'll be back." Alya said.

Before we could say anything, she was off to the locker room again.

I heard a sigh from next to me, "I think I know who Fairy is."

I laughed awkwardly, "Well, it makes sense since we both saw Rose-"

"No, not Rose."

My heart skipped a beat, "Not... Rose? Who do you think it is then?"

"Not think, I know. It has to be Alya!" He said, facing me. He cleared his throat, realizing he was raising his voice, but luckily not loud enough for Alya to hear.

I relaxed a bit, "Alya? Why?" I asked, genuinely curious, though I had a feeling I already knew.

"Okay hear me out." He pulled his bag onto his lap and opened it, pulling out the card and cookie. "This for sure wasn't in my bag before I got to my school. To be honest, I was in the locker room and set my bag down when I went to the bathroom. When I came back, I found this in there." He put the card back into his bag and closed it. "No one else was in the locker room until Alya popped out from a locker! I think she pretended to scare me... but it was just a cover up. This whole mission is a cover up!" He was clearly excited in thinking he figured it out.

"Are... you sure it's Alya?" I asked, not wanting to throw her under the bus, but realistically, the evidence all pointed towards her.

"Who else could it have been? Unless someone managed to come in before her and leave before she could see, but that's really unlikely. What if she was in there before I got there? There's too many possibilities with the how, but I have no doubt. Maybe you don't believe me and think I'm making this up as my own cover up if I was Fairy, but keep an open mind, okay?" He said with a soft smile.

I tapped my chin as if I was thinking, If I wasn't Fairy, I'd be incredibly confused. "It makes sense, but there's always that possibility that you're lying. Alya is an amazing person though, so she could definitely be a candidate."

We couldn't discuss anymore since Alya came back and sat in the empty space, "That was weird..."

"What?" I asked.

"Rose didn't do anything out of the ordinary. She checked her own locker and looked a bit sad. I don't think Fairy did anything today which must have been what she was looking forward to. She started to leave so I came back." She gestured towards the lockers and we could see Rose leaving.

"Maybe she knew you were following her and was just acting?" I said.

Alya shook her head, "No, I think that was a genuine reaction. I'm going to head to the classroom, I've gotta think about what I have so far, I'll text the group chat if I figure anything out." With a wave, she was gone.

That left me and Adrien, but suddenly screams could be heard. Adrien stood up immediately and went outside the school and I followed close behind.
