Outrage grew amongst the all the students not from 1A, how could this one hero course kid beat them in everything? They were all hero course students, why did this kid think he was so much better than them!
Class 1a immediately rushed over to izuku, with toga chopping izuku on the head while yelling,
"What did you do that for jackass! They're all going to target you now!" izuku chuckled lightly before elaborating,
"Exactly, they were looking like they wanted to tear you apart, now its just me, and I know I'm more than capable of handling all the extra attacks from them." Realization swept through the crowd of student before midnight called,
"The first event will be an obstacle course race, everyone to your positions!" everyone started moving to their assigned spaces, 1A being at the back as they were judged to be the strongest, thus putting them at the back everyone had a fair chance in theory, however It did not count the ridiculous assault the 1A student performed at the beginning.
As soon as the go had been given, toga shifted into Bakugo and her and the real Bakugo took of simultaneously, gin went into his full body form and started to bounce between the walls of the tunnel, izuku lit up his hands and feet, before taking of after both Bakugo's, and Todoroki being the brute force kind of guy he was, froze every single student in their place and started to muscle his way through the students.
The five friends soon got out of the tunnel and started to push on forwards, ignoring present mics screaming commentary, towards the first obstacle, the robots from the entrance exam. For izuku, Bakugo and toga the small ones weren't a problem, they were confined to the ground with no chance of reaching them, and they were no more than a small trouble for gin and Todoroki, both just smashing their way through, but when four zero pointers appeared, the friends took action.
Izuku set his body on fire before starting to spin while in the air, when he hit to robot's head, he ploughed through it and melted it, leaving the destroyed robots body to fall to the ground. Todoroki freezing the other three made the metal brittle enough to snap with enough force, toga and Bakugo took the chance and both let out double powered explosions, tearing through the robots plating and destroying their circuitry, while gin jumped up to his and smashed through its chest.
When gin laned he had an ingenious idea and grabbed the massive fallen robot and liquefying it, it was a massive task, but his years of training his metal manipulation and sheer force of will, he turned the robot into a wall thirty feet high and ten feet thick, thoroughly slowing the other students down.
"WHATS THIS?" present mic screamed, "CLASS 1A'S GIN Kōkei HAS MADE THE DEAD ROBOT INTO A WALL? WHAT MASTERFUL QUIRK USE!" gin once again used full body to power ahead and soon joined his friends in their comfortable lead. The second obstacle was also little challenge, with them all just passing through it without any trouble. Just before the third obstacle they stopped and met up,
"Last leg, no more truce, good luck to all of you." Izuku said before they all lined up and izuku raised his hand with three fingers stuck up, "three, two, one, GO!" he closed his hand and the five shot off, wanting a fair fight to see who would be the winner.
Izuku one again took off and was soon joined by toga and Bakugo, though gin taking off after them, soon jumping into an early lead, and Todoroki soon following him behind, freezing his way through. Eventually they all pulled equal and izuku yelled out,
"Sorry about this guys, but I've made a promise to someone and I want to keep it!" he gathered a large fireball in his hands before throwing it into the minefield, causing a chain reaction throwing the other four of balance and throwing himself into the lead, putting on a massive burst of flame he soon flew out of the tunnel and came first. With Todoroki behind him, then gin and Bakugo, with gin just edging the lead, and toga came fifth.
The four friends collapsed, that had been intense and as they started to recover the rest of the students began to pour into the stadium. When it was announced that the second event would be a cavalry battle, izuku walked off and three figures followed. He turned to them and spoke out,
"We all need to pass into this final round, we all have our own reasons, but we all agree we will be the final four, lets do this."
When the other competitors saw the top team, they turned an ran, Gin as the front horse, Todoroki on the right and izuku on the left, with Bakugo on top. The teams tactic was for the horses to blow any team ballsy enough to come after them away with sheer force, and use Bakugo as a type of mounted turret, sniping down any teams that might approach from the air. As soon as then whistle blew to signal the beginning the other teams got a demonstration of this when todoroki made a glacier, izuku caused a firestorm and gin blew the front teams out of the way with a blast that broke his finger.
"Damn you saying that breaking my bones would be more effective izuku!" gin yelled in a mix off annoyance and pain
"Cant deny it didn't work though!" izuku yelledback. One team in particular was giving the four boys a lot of trouble, momo,uraraka, toga and a pink haired girl they recognised from the support course.
"Ha, girl power teams being stubborn, all we need is daphnee now to complete the set eh izuku?" todoroki chuckled. izuku punched him in the arm, hard,
"Do not mention the ice queen's name." izuku shivered slightly. this scared gin and bakugo, who was this girl if she made izuku shiver? todoroki soon elaborated,
"Daphne koori is izukus polar opposite, and similar to izuku had a ridiculously powerful quirk, but it was ice not fire, imagine my ice on steroids, yeah. anyway these to got on about as well as you would expect polar opposites too, they both ended up with a massive crush on the other, then one day they got into an argument, their feelings for each other got brought up, and it spiralled, and they almost destroyed the school in the ensuing battle. she left not three days later and moved to the other side of the country." the boys joined in the shiver whenever daphne's name. they soon managed to get the girls to back off and not long after the whistle signalling the end of the round came. they regrouped with toga and she was filled in on izukus twisted relationship with the aforementioned ice queen.
when the top four teams had been selected for the final round, the boys got their wanted outcome, all except for bakugo,
"If i beat ochako and i move on into the semis, but if toga beats dunce face, shes up against me."

daphne was an oc i created, mainly to give izuku someone to pair off with . i hope you liked her backstory btw, i'm just a little confused on when to put her in, its either gonna be the stain arc and they meet up in the internships or in the hero licence arc, both will end in the same way BUT IM NOT GONNA TELL YOU WHAT THAT IS MWAHAHAHA.
