"Hello?ma'am? Are you there?" The person speaks from the end of the line.

"I...I....yeah. Yeah, I'm here" I stuttered.

"Ma'am, would you like to be in contact with Mr McKlein?" She asks, the ringing in my ear becomes louder and I hold my hand over the side of my face so no one can notice me crying.

"I...no. I don't want to speak to him. I want nothing to do with him" I told them as I cut the call and dropped the phone harshly on the mahogany round table.

I sniffled a cry as I held my hands over my eyes taking in deep breaths.

That's it Sophia. In.....out.

I repeat the in and out part like a mantra.

"Are you OK miss?" I hear a voice ask.

I look up, a girl with brownish blonde hair in a tight back ponytail.
She was tall, taller than me. She had bright blue eyes and I could see the outlines of her abs through her tucked in uniform vest.

She was in a US army Navy seal marines uniform.

"Um..Yeah. I'm OK" I said wiping my tears.

"Mind if I sit?" She asks and I shake my head as she takes a seat.

"Sorry, I honestly couldn't help myself, you got my attention sitting all the way from there with my friends" she says nudging her head to a group of all guys in the wooden booth with cushions from the far corner of the room.
They waved at me and I wave back before turning back to the girl.

"I'm Ellie. And you are?" She asks holding out her hand.

"Stranger danger" I told her as she smirks licking her bottom lip.

"Feisty. I like it" she says relaxing into her seat.

"You're not a supermodel are you?" She asks and I shake my hand sipping on my smoothie.

" no" I said laughing a bit.

Phff.... Supermodel....yeah right. Like I'd ever make it there.....

" what brings you here,Sergeant Major Ellie?" I asked her as she looked at the threaded name embedded into her uniform coat which was opened.

"Stranger danger baby" she says taking my glass and sips on it through my colorful striped straw.
I laugh with her and she smiles winking at me.

"I'd like to take you out on a date" she says and I blush.

"I'm sorry. I'm straight" I told her.

"That's what my last girlfriend told me" she says smugly and I give her a raised eyebrow look.

"Arrogant are we?" I asked her and she chuckled shaking her head.

"God,you're so fucking pretty" she says and I can't help the blush.

"Thanks. But, like I said. I'm straight" I told her as she stands up.

"I can help you with that" she flirts back with a smug smirk and I can't help the blush.

"I hope I meet you again" she says and leans down.

She kisses my cheek boldly.

"Bye beautiful" she says and she walks away as Ruby comes back with my order.

"Thank you so much Ruby" I told her tipping her as she stared at the money.

" I can't take this ma'am " she says.

"Its too much" she added and I pick up my wallet, tuck my phones in my back pocket of the jeans I'm wearing.

"Bye Ruby. I don't take no for an answer either so just keep it. Buy Romeo a new toy truck or something..." I told her as I walked out.
