Chapter 1, meeting at the Hogwarts Express

Harry Potter is sitting on a empty compartment when the door suddenly opens, and a girl walks in.
Hermione: hey, have you seen a frog? A boy named Neville lost his.
Harry: No, I haven't. (Smiles at her)
Hermione: Oh, okay, what's your name?
Harry: I am Harry, Harry Potter.
Hermione: Oh my God, I read everything about you. By the way, I'm Hermione, Hermione Granger.
Harry: (Sad and looks down) then you probably knows more about me than I even do myself, Hermione.
Hermione: (notices that he got sad) hey, I didn't meant to make you sad. (Hugs him)
Harry: (feels warm and comfortable at the hug, for unknown reasons and hugs back) no, I just- I lived with my uncle and aunt and they never told me about Hogwarts.
Hermione: (sits down next to him sidehugging him) well, at Hogwarts you will discover more about you.
Harry: (smiles) I hope so, ummmmm... can you stay here with me? I... I don't have any friends...
Hermione: of course I can stay here with you. (Notices that she was still hugging him so she stops)
Harry: *why did she stop?* thank you.
Hermione: what for?
Harry: for making me smile for the first time in years.
Hermione: (blushes) oh... I- no problem. (Smiles)
Draco: (enters the compartment at the moment) I heard there's a Potter in the train. (Looks at Harry) are you Potter?
Harry: yes, you are correct I am Harry Potter.
Draco: this is not a joke right?
Harry: no it is not, I'm 100% sure that I am Harry Potter.
Draco: (looks at Hermione) well, I see, you don't have many friends, just a mudblood there.
Hermione: (starts crying)

Harry: (hugs Hermione) hey, you ok?
Hermione: (wipes her tears away) *Harry Potter saying all those sweet things about me... he is such a nice guy.* yes... yes, I am okay... about what you said about me (blushes) you mean that?

Harry: (calmly hiding his anger) I care about her, she made me smile for the first time in YEARS! You know what it means? I will answer it for you: she can make me happy, I was tortured, and starving because I haven't ate in a week and even this way she made me smile, so I think she is more than important to me.
