Last chapter recap:
"Stop it. You think I'm proud of hitting that pig?" Came a voice. Both Jae Yeol and I perked up at that, staring in front of us at the spectacle. We were seated on our seats, minding our business, before the 'Jin Sung Kiss-ass Gang' (JSKAG for short) showed up, taking over the classroom and seating anywhere.
"What is up with those guys over there?" I look at Jae Yeol, cocking my head towards the JSKAG group in slight annoyance. Met with silence, and a small shrug, I sigh to myself, looking back to the group, this time noticing someone standing at the doorway.
It was tall Hyung Suk.
And he looked pissed.
Oh shit.

I twiddle my thumbs nervously, looking at Hyung Suk's contorted face. Does he know who they're talking about? I bite my nails a bit anxiously, grabbing onto my coffee and downing whatever was left, quickly bringing out another thermos filled with coffee.
"You took a photo of that part?!" shrieked a female voice. It was Ha Neul. Damn, that's ringing in my ears. Clapping around my head to check for any damage of my ability to hear, I take the attention off for a moment.
"What? I don't want to stay deaf, unlike you guys--" I blurt out in embarrassment, catching Jin Sung's side-eyed smirk of sorts. He clicks his tongue in mockery, before looking back at his goons. "Do you want to see?" One of them asks, dangling the phone in front of Ha Neul, who gave another (fake) shriek and pushed the phone away. "I can't see it~! It's gross~" She whines, pouting cutely.
"Hey! You wanted to see it a whi--" Ha Neul presses her hands forcefully against the lackey's mouth, preventing from any other thing from coming out. "What are you talking about, boys?" She grins menacingly.
Wow, okay. From my angle, this is totally hilarious, especially if I'm not in the receiving end. I stifle a laugh, quickly sobering up when I remembered the debacle at hand. Now's not the time to be laughing, [Your Name]. Hyung Suk is absolutely livid for some reason. Be a good friend. Placing a hand to my chin, deep in thought, I fail to catch the curious glance of Jin Sung.
Snapping out of my stupor, I whip my head to try and catch whomever was trying to look at me, but to no avail. Must be my imagination then, I say to myself, shrugging.
"Anyways." Continued one of the boys, "Jin Sung's punch really is fast. Like lightning fast." "I on the other hand, couldn't even see his fist!" Slouching onto the chair, Jin Sung gives a pleased smirk, something that eerily reminded me of someone from when I was younger.
"Stop it guys, as if I was proud of beating up a pig." He turns his head, glancing at a girl sitting in the front rows. Oh! It's the girl he was with when we first met. Is she also mean? Quickly debunking my thoughts, the girl in question sneering in disgust.
