The next day when I woke up, I kissed Danny's forehead and got out of bed as quick as possible. I did my morning business, the morning routine. Then, I went all out on my supernatural speed and wrote on the game room, 'no Janice or Archer allowed!' I took away their toys and left the colouring books and normal books. I wrote in sticky notes on all the consul's, tablets and games that they were not allowed to use them. And they were not allowed to go to the pool, game room, or anywhere fun. For 2 weeks.

Plus, the little smacking they are gonna get from their dad's. Time outs don't work on most kids. Vampires believe in discipline. Some are too gentle and don't do it, others do. I am flexible. I discipline them, but there are moments when time outs or taking away their stuff does the trick.

I was gonna make breakfast, but then I realised I'd be cooking for a lot of people, and I'm too lazy today.

Ok. Screw this. I'm gonna buy some breakfast.

I made my way to my room and woke Danny up. He groaned a bit, turned around and covered his face with the covers.

I pulled the covers down and kissed his forehead. He smiled a bit and opened his eyes.

I smiled down at him and kissed his cheeks.

“Get dressed. We're going to IHop." I said. He groaned but complied anyways. I sat down on the bed as he got up and stretched. I stayed still and enjoyed the show that was being given to me. He muscles flexed. And as that happened, his back moved with such sensuality, I had to get up before we don't go anywhere.

I heard a chuckle as he entered the bathroom.

Stupid vampire senses.

Speaking of which, I have started to master mine through my dreams. Little by little, I can do so much more with the ability to control nature.

Like this for instance.

I went to Annie's room and pointed my finger at the Sunflower that was next to her. It glowed  a bright neon yellow and started to grow and stretch. The leaves grew bigger and longer as well as the root and the trunk of the flower. Soon, the flower couldn't fit in the vase anymore, so it broke it. The flower was nos humongous with some extra flowers around it. I moved the flowers head to the side so it was looking at Annie. I shook it a bit and made its yellow petals tickle Annie's nose. She ignored it for a while, until she turned around and saw a huge flower next to her. She giggled like a maniac and hugged the flower. I made the flowers leaves hug her back.

Once she stopped hugging the Sunflower, she looked at me and smiled. Making my heart beat faster than usual.

“Go shower honey. We're going to IHop. Hurry before they close!" I encouraged as she sprinted to the bathroom.

I mind linked the rest (sorta) to let them  know where I'm going and also inviting them.

Once everybody got ready, we left and enjoyed a fabulous morning at IHop. I almost burst with joy as Annie declared me and Danny her parents. Archer silently agreed with her, but was still fuzzed up about being grounded.
