Chapter Four

--Pinkie Pie's POV--

Why did nopony know where Fluttershy was when I needed to talk to her?

This was SERIOUS BUSINESS!

It was Hearts and hooves day and I was not going miss the chance to tell Fluttershy about my feelings!

I decided that since nopony had seen her, she was probably in her cottage.

On my way there I saw Rainbow Dash flying by over my head.

She was probably getting flowers for Twilight from the everfree forest.

They were so cute <3

If everything went smoothly, me and Fluttershy would be just as cute!

I happily trotted towards Fluttershy's cottage.

When I got there, I saw something weird.

The door was open.

I entered.

"FLUTTERSHY? WHERE ARE YOU?"

I shouted.

No response.

I entered the house and looked around. Nopony.

I walked up the stairs and checked the second floor.

Empty.

Apparently she wasn't in her cottage after all. Maybe she was just picking some flowers or something.

I decided to walk back to Ponyville and look for her there.

Maybe I missed her.

A tiny part in the back of my head told me that she was avoiding me but I ignored it.

She wouldn't do that, right?

Right?
