Chapter 2: Is this what we call home?

" Alright ladies, welcome to your new home, welcome to your new family. I'm auntie, Athena. That is auntie, Sabrina, and next to her is auntie Maggie. We will be your guides through your recovery! Now, girls, we have five new housemates. Welcome them with open arms, because we are what? She asked. " Family!!" all the girls screamed.

" alrighty then. Now our five new lovely ladies. Check your handbook for your room number. " auntie Sabrina said. I opened my book, 215 was my number. " alright, ladies! Dinner is at 7 pm sharp in the garden till then it is your free time." auntie Maggie said. I walked up a large staircase to the second floor. While walking down the hall, I see many doors half finished some taped up. It was strange.

I then bumped into someone" whoa whoa, Newby look up" a bigger girl with blonde hair said to me. " I-I um sorry. I-I am new" I whimper as this girl stared at me " I can see that lovely, I'm Bunny. I've been here a while. " she glanced at my book. " and you're my new roomie" she smiled widely. I gulped. She intimated me a lot. Made me nervous but also interested, she had short blonde hair and ice-blue eyes. Tattoos and a lip pricing. " fuck" I groaned. " you good?" Bunny said opening the door to our room. I nod slowly as I entered the room.

It was mainly pink, bedding, curtains, cabinets. Bunny had her side decorated like a subtle yet aggressive Alt girl. And I noticed a lesbian pride flag hanging in the window. I gulped. She smiled. " well it's about 6:30, I say get your clothes unpacked and then I can give you a quick tutor if you want." I nodded slowly trying to take everything in. I glanced out the window seeing some of the boys fighting in their yard. " so um how long have you been here?" I ask as I take out my few books and pairs of sweats. " since about Christmas when I tried to come out to my family and they insisted I was 'broken'. So I got sent here. " she laughed slightly as she looked at my books. I nodded " I'm here because I have crippling anxiety to the point where eating causes me to panic. So um dinner won't be fun" I sighed.

Bunny put her hand on my shoulder and rubbed it slightly. " I'm here for you now love, don't worry. dinner won't be too bad. we usually have lots of veggies and bread. normally its roast ham on Sundays. " she smiled widely. I nodded as I felt comforted yet again confused. she was fucking beautiful, goddess-like. " is it um okay if I um change in front of you?" I asked she smiled. " babe I'm gonna be straight for a second. I think you are a very attractive girl and I think you have a sweet personality. I won't harm you I promise. I'll keep you safe. " as she said

This I started to smiled as I took off my rough jeans changing into baggy sweatpants followed by a loose tee-shirt. I put my books away on my desk, clothes in my wardrobe. I looked at my crystals sitting on my bed. I shrugged, "bunny?" she came walking out of our bathroom " yeah flower?" she smiles as she puts on her shirt, I gulp slowly. " s-sorry,I didn't mean to bug you" she shakes her head " not bother love, here slip on some comfy shoes " I nod slowly slipping on her uggs, " need anything else? sweater? body spray? hair tie?" she asks gently." n-no, um I think I'm good," I said unsure. she grabs my hand and we walk out the door. " um whats with the boys next door?" I ask. " oh those are boys fresh out of jail, Tyler is like the head boy. he's got red and black hair, he's super kind. " she smiled " I met him through the fence, he's 18 or 19. then There's Eddie, he's Tyler's younger brother. he's about 17, tall as hell, and has glasses. he's really nice also just less involved not around a lot "

I nodded as we rounded the corner, " oh this is the library. " she said pointing to a section of large bookshelves " whos jake?" I asked." oh he's um well a handful, fights with the other boys, likes to run away. he's only like 15 or 16. " she seemed unsettled " he's a pervert hence why we have the flag in our window. " we walk down the stairs " that's the living room where we normally have group therapy, the study is over there for school and such " I looked over to the study and out the window. I saw a boy with blue hair and blue eyes smoking a cigarette. I gulp feeling my stomach tingle. " oh I never saw him before, he must be new" Bunny whispered.

" Ladies! Dinner will be served in 2 minutes!" Called one of the Aunties.

Welp, I guess it time to hopefully not panic.
