{Austin POV}

'This is my last chance. I need to get out of here and Mully is the closest person.'
This is what I thought as I ran away from my abusive family. I ran all the way to Mully and Josh's. When I knocked Mully answered the door in his pj's. Makes sense it is about midnight. "Hello?" Mully said. I realized he couldnt see my face so I pulled down my hood and moved my hair out of my eyes."Hey Mully" I said. "Austin what happened to you? I thought you moved."
"No I didnt I was forced to say that by my family. Mully I'm being abused and I need a place to stay." I said looking up with tears in my eyes. "Of course you can stay here" he said pulling me inside. "Josh Austin is here!!" He yelled and I saw Josh come down the stairs. As they fussed over me and got me settled in I finally realized. I was home.

{Timeskip:three years later}

"Bye Dad. Bye Papa" I said as I got on the bus. "Dont forget your lunch!" Papa(Josh) yelled running up and handing me a brown paper bag. "Thank you Papa. Love ya Papa and you too Dad." I said as I went in. As the bus took off all I heard was "Love you too Son." from Dad and Papa. Today was gonna be good
