Naegi waited for the perfect time to go out and get supplies. Over time- he had learnt the schedules of the family living in the lavish house, and had planned times for when he would leave. Sadly, this was the day he slipped up.
Naegi collected the things he needed before the kitchen door creaked open. Makoto tried to run but didn't get too far- before he knew it, he was in the hands of a tall, quite handsome, boy who seemed to be around the same age as Naegi. He looked up at his captors face, Makoto wasn't exactly scared- more intrigued. He'd been living in the same house as said boy for a while now- he knew he didn't have the guts to hurt him.
"What are you doing running around in the open like that? You could've easily been caught by someone much less merciful as myself." The boy stared down at Naegi.
"I'm sorry..I was just-" Makoto was cut off.
"I don't want your apologies- if you was going to say you were just getting food, then you could've just asked, jesus." The boy said, trying to keep his voice down. "I've known of your existence for weeks now, do you just think we never check the security camera footage?" Naegi stared at the boy dumbfounded. He had no clue what a security camera was. The boy sighed. "Anyway, if you'd like you could hide out in my bedroom- then you won't have to go out risking your life whenever you're hungry." The boy suggested.
"Can I.?" Naegi asked, hope glimmering in his eyes.
"Yes. I wouldn't have said it if I didn't mean it would I?" The boy sighed at Naegi's stupidity.
"My name is Byakuya Togami. What about you?" Togami asked.
"Makoto Naegi," Naegi smiled.
