"Come on Dipper!" We're almost there!" An excited girl wearing a sweater practically screamed at another boy wearing a signature fur trapper hat.

"Mabel, wait up! I'm carrying all your things!" The boy replied as he struggled to carry the large amount of luggage. He soon took a break in front of a large sign that read "Gravity Falls", a pig sitting down beside him.
He laughed. "It's good to be back, ay Waddles?" The pig let out a squeal. He heard the pounding of feet running back his way. "Mabel? Is that you? Are you finally gonna help with your bags?" He looked towards the corner, and was nearly knocked over by not only one person, but four individual people. Which was soon joined by Mabel.

"GUYS YOU'RE FINALLY BACK!"
"Dudes! I missed you guys!"
"Welcome back kiddo's!"
"Welcome back kids."
Dipper embraced the hug of his family. He'd missed them too. And he could tell Mabel had as well. The pig started pushing to get in the middle of the pile. Pretty soon the kids were running out of air. "G-guys? This is nice and all, but-" Mabel started saying, but was interrupted by Dipper, "C-CAN'T BREATH!" The group finally let go, revealing them to be Wendy, still wearing the pine tree cap, Soos wearing the Mr. Mystery suit, Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford. Stan patted them no the back. "Alright! Me and Ford are are only here for the Summer break so we can hang out with ya, so let's grab those bags and get you two to the Mystery Shack!" Ford didn't look impressed. "Stanley, you forgot your grammar. It's "Ford and I." The two Grunkles bursted out laughing. "Ah shut up Point-dexter!" Stan replied as he helped the kids carry their luggage.

The first thing Mabel did when she got to the Mystery Shack was go up to their room: the attic. In no time flat she'd redecorated her side of the room. She hung up the same posters she'd had the year before, making it look exactly like she'd left it.
She stood back and looked at her handiwork.
"I think I did great!"
Dipper entered the room, still holding his bags. He looked at his sisters side of the room in amazement. "How'd you?... Never mind." He lay down on his bed, sighing in relief. Mabel joined him.

"Sweet Gravity Falls!"

"Kids! I cooked ya your old favourite!" Grunkle Stan could be heard yelling from the kitchen. Mabel and Dipper quickly sat up. "Pancakes?!" They said at the same time before jumping off the beds and running down the stairs.

Mabel and Dipper lay down on their beds. After a whole day of walking around Gravity Falls greeting their old friends, they were tired.
Dipper was the first to fall asleep, then Mabel.

Dipper opened his eyes to see that he was in the woods of Gravity Falls. Mabel was right beside him, also looking around in wonder. "Mabel?" Mabel turned to Dipper. Her eyes widened. "Dipper? What are you doing in my dream?" Dipper was confused. "Wait what? What are you doing in my dream?" They were interrupted by the sound of someone crying in pain. They looked at each other. "Please tell me I was the only one who heard that?" Dipper asked fearfully. Mabel took off running in the direction of the sound. Dipper sighed. "Obviously not." He followed his sister, fearing what they would find. "Why are we even concerned? This is a dream!" He tripped over a root that appeared out of no where. Picking himself up, he noticed Mabel had stopped running, and was standing perfectly still. "Mabel, let's go already. This is pretty sketchy to me." He walked over to Mabel, but Mabel didn't react. She continued staring at the sight before her. Dipper sighed again. "Mabel, did you not hear me? I said-" He was cut off by what Mabel was staring at.
In front of them, a monster was standing, wrapped in chains all over. The monster didn't seem to notice they were there. It had wolf-like features, but with small horns on the top of it's head, a pair of wings, and a tail.
Dipper grabbed a hold of Mabel, whispering into her ear. "Mabel. We need to leave. Now." Mabel ignored him, instead walking towards it. Dipper tried holding her back. "Mabel don't!" Dipper hissed. Mabel finally turned to him. "Dipper, we can't leave her like this! We need to help her!" Dipper stared at her. "Help it? Why!? It could be another dream demon for all we know! What if it's Bill!?" Mabel gave him a funny look. "C'mon Dipper. We destroyed Bill last summer! Stop worrying." She pulled her arm away from Dippers grasp. He didn't try to stop her. It was true. There was no way Bill could come back, is there?

Mabel approached the wolf-like creature. "H-hey there!" The creature lifted its ears, but didn't move its head.

"Are you ok? My names Mabel! What's yours?"
The creature didn't move. That is, not until Mabel reached out her hand. "Do you need help? I can-"
The creature snapped its head up, revealing its yellow eyes.
Both Mabel and Dipper gasped, before the creature disappeared from view.

Both the children awoke, sitting straight up in their beds. They looked to each other. "Was that...real?" Dipper asked quietly. Mabel gasped. "Wait you were in my dream?" Dipper sighed. "Never mind."
They both laid back down. But neither of them got back to sleep.
